It's definitely been a time trying to get my tooth pulled. Suffered through hell for over two weeks after getting my medicine stolen. Had a tooth cut out and was prescribed not even remotely enough pain medicine. Even before the shots wore off I knew I was going to be in extreme pain because I had shooting pain in my jaw. Now it's day two after having my tooth pulled and I'm in a ton of pain. Unfortunately though there's no point in requesting a change in medicine to something stronger. I've consumed so much Tylenol and ibuprofen in the last couple of weeks I'm sure one of my organs is suffering for it. They're a good dentist office but when you give someone numerous shots, and surgically remove a tooth Norco 5s seems a tad ludicrous to me. The dental assistants are all super sweet. I think dentists just forget just how bad the shots hurt and how everyone's pain level is not the same.

They are very nice. I had no insurance they lowered the cost so i could afford to get my teeth pulled and get dentures. Love this place

Dr was nice and helped with immediate issue. Chair side assistant was nice but not overly friendly. Staff courteous.

Absolutely the WORST dental experience I've ever had. The staff was great, the dentist was rude, condescending, and ruthless. I was talked down to and asked questions that were meant to make me feel bad. I told her that I have never been talked to like this and told I had horrible teeth. Her response was "you painted the picture, I'm just telling you what the colors are". She shouldn't be in a customer facing position. I can't adequately articulate how bad it was. As soon as she left the room I got out of the chair and left. I felt bad for the hygienist. She was nice and professional. To be clear, this wasn't Dr. Kim. This was one of his dentists. One that should be working at Chick Fila breading chicken in the back where she wouldn't have the opportunity to be nasty to a customer. If I could give -5 stars I would. I wasn't going to leave this review without talking to Dr. Kim, but I left a message for him to call me....he didn't.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life at a dentist. This lady is completely rude and inadequate of serving the general public. I had went in for a basic cavity filling when she goes to inject my cheek/mouth to numb she viciously starts going in the second after the hygienist put the numbing cream. Which is not all that bad but she struck a nerve because I had a intense burning pain in my cheek and screamed and said the f word although not clearly because 1 my mouth was wide open with her hand in it. When she talked down at me and screamed telling me “ YOU CANNOT BE SCREAMING LIKE THAT IN HERE THERE ARE CHILDREN AND YOU CANNOT BE SAYING CUSS WORDS!” Instead of consoling me and asking what happened . The pain was so horrible I was crying not once did she ask if I was okay. Today the day after I have a huge nerve ball on my left cheek and blue with Bruising and cannot even bite down on my left side. I am so appalled and canceling all future appointments me and my family have here. Sadly she ruined this dentistry for me. If I could give a negative star review I would.

Dr. Tan and Alyssa , Kayla all are very pleasant,kind, and caring. I was in a rush to get my crown done and they not only got it done but went out of their way to keep me informed what was going on too. I was just very impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Tan and his team.
