unnecessary pain, and that's a good thing :) Lisa is an excellent tooth cleaner, and
I enjoy our relationship after so many years of her attending to me. The front
desk ladies are a pleasure. They are swift and efficient. All in all, I would
recommend Riviera Dental Care to anyone, and I have.

Our experience with the front office people has always been friendly and helpful. Dr. Trotter is a wonderful doctor whom we enjoy seeing at each visit.

After going to this office for 5 years, I was surprised starting today that there is now an extra $40 copay. They said they mailed me a notice in May but could not produce the letter.
Last year they did x-rays and they took extra x-rays that were not covered by insurance. How convenient, Scam!!

I don't mind people working on my teeth at all, but I've had bad experiences in the past with dentists (being inappropriate, shaming me about my habits, telling me I had cavities when I didn't, etc). So I've only been three times in 15 years. But this was such a lovely experience. Everyone was super nice. They took their time with the cleaning and were happy to answer my questions. They didn't make me feel guilty for not going to the dentist every 6 mos. Couldn't have been more happy with Riviera, and I'm already booked for my next check up.

.I am really satisfied with the dental care and enjoy the people who perform it. They seem very concerned to make sure your teeth are healthy and well cared for. The in office computer system is still having problems.
