Exceptional team all around! A friend of mine is a patient of Dr. Baker, so she recommended Total Dental Care to me. I set up my appointment with Dr. George and I was not disappointed. The entire team was great all around. The front desk staff were helpful and made setting up my new patient appointment easy and convenient. When I arrived, the ladies at the front desk greeted me like they’ve known me for years. They are so nice! The wait time was minimal. During my appointment, the dental hygienist and Dr. George made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions and concerns addressed. I have continued to receive the same exceptional treatment at my follow up appointments and dental procedures. I highly recommend Total Dental Care! I plan to be a lifelong patient.

The entire Total Dental Care experience is pleasant from the minute I walk in the door. I always receive a pleasant greeting and never have a long wait. I have extreme anxiety at my dental visits, which is made so much better with step by step explanations and no surprises. Any charges I may have out of pocket are thoroughly explained ahead of time and a payment plan offered, if needed. I 100% recommend TDC to anyone needing dental care!

This is the best dentist office around! Everyone is always so nice and smiling when we come in. Even though we don’t visit often they know my son and greet him by name. After my son had a tooth pulled the dentist called that night to check on him. I’ve never had that at another office. It means alot to me that he took the time to call. We will definitely be staying with this office!
And the wait is never long!

I recommend all my family and friends to Total Dental Care. My husband has also made the switch. The hours they are open are super convenient, I’ve had a couple of emergency appointments and they’ve always went above and beyond to fit me in. I’ve been with them several years and had several different things needed from fillings to crowns and I’ve never had a complaint. From the receptionist, hygentist, dentist, finance to check out its always a pleasant experience!

I changed dentist for convenience. I have been pleased with the service I have received. Starting back when covid began and I had a tooth die and needed a root canal and crown to just regular cleanings. They are all so caring and efficient and explain things thoroughly.

Worth every penny. They were courteous, skilled, compassionate and have great craftsmanship. You certainly get what you pay for. They even kept working after the power went out even though they had every excuse to reschedule. By the time they needed the machines the power came back on and they finished the job against all hope. Flawless victory!

I cancelled an appointment about a month ago because my dog had to go to the vet that day. I called today to reschedule and the receptionist tells me I cancelled because I was shopping and they had to call me to find out where I was. Apparently, they have it in my patient notes that I’m out galavanting around town during my appointments because I just can’t wait to pay the $50 to reschedule. LOL!
The appointments are rushed. I brought my daughter here for a cleaning and was having x rays transferred from previous dentist. They could not wait for the x rays to be sent. They were so impatient they actually offered free X-rays. FREE X RAYS? Wow, why don’t you guys do that more often?
Anyway, this was her first visit to see Austin Baker and he looks in her mouth and all he says is “Oh, shark teeth”. Shark teeth? Really? Find a new career. You stink.
