This was my first visit. The staff is was very friendly and attentive. They handled insurance very effectively and efficiently. They minimized my office time by getting me the paperwork before the appointment. The hygienist, Gwen, was filling in for the day for the regular hygienist, but she was very friendly, efficient, and thorough but not overly talkative. It’s really hard to respond when people have their fingers in your mouth and she understood that. She did a great job and identified a problem and alerted Dr. Fitz, who confirmed. Dr. Fitz was friendly and thorough. Top notch experience. Highly recommend.
