Divine Expressions is the epitome of greatness. The entire staff was courteous and kind. They provided an experience at a dentist visit I’ll never forget, with all the high tech gadgets and viewing devices. My technician ROXY is the best, very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the well being of your oral health.

Divine Expression is a good dentist practice I would highly recommended. I needed a root canal and crown. Dr Barnett and his staff did an amazing job. The hygienist were amazing, billing staff amazing, and Dr Barnett very precise with his work. The office is very modern and I love the scriptures and soft music throughout the setting. I thought it was very cool for them to have the ability to print the crown in house instead of sending it off (like most dentist offices). The technology being used in today’s society is out this world and Dr Barnett seems to have the latest. One of the things I love the most about my visit is the bedside manners. I received a phone call after hours personally from Dr Barnett making sure I was ok and wasn’t having any complications. I’ve never in my life received that type of service and it really was the highlight of my visit.

Many major words come to mind to describe how I feel about the before, during, and after experience with Divine Expressions Family Dentistry. The two words I will use or start with in this review is WOW and certainly DIVINE!! From the Awesome Mia who made sure I got my appointment made and worked with me through some scheduling conflicts to finally get it done, to Latoya(Theeeee best dental Hygienist I've ever had!), to Dr. Crawford who was icing on the cake with her awesome spirit and education on my dental health at present and going forward. I absolutely loved my experience and so happy to tell all that will listen that this place is definitely Divine!!

Service was very good. I was seen in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very fearful of going to the dentist but I didn’t experience any pain as I got my teeth clean, plus she did a very good job. The team work is stupendous . The work done on my teeth is impeccable.

His staff has nothing but great things to say about Dr. Barnett and once you meet him you will see why. I highly recommend Divine Expressions to anyone who demands nothing but the best for their teeth. The moment I walked through the front doors, I felt the love ❤️ in the atmosphere. I continued and met to beautiful young ladies at the front desk, smiling at me, Alecia and Caitie that made the journey a little more welcoming. Alecia went a step further by being professional and giving. She gave me a grand tour of the elegant facility and what they had to offer. Alecia introduced me to other staff members and enlightened me on what their jobs consisted of. Dr. Barnett is a complete gentleman and very professional. Last but not least the beautiful lady that took care of me so gracefully, Mrs. Janine my dental hygienist, she explained everything she was doing and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. She answered every question I had, she was gentle and kind. She made me aware of the things I needed done and what I needed to get my smile back. Dr. Barnett came in to confirm. So far I’m pleased with the service I received today, with Divine Expression Family Dentistry. So to all Tennessee Valley don’t meet me there, beat me there. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sarah Bradford.

I received excellent professional customer service during by dental appointment at Divine Expression family dentist office. Dr Embry and his dental assistant worked very well together. They were very charismatic which abated my nervousness during my dental procedure. I requested their services again for my next appointment .

Do Not Go Here!!

They are the MOST UNORGANIZED BUSINESS! My appointment was canceled without warning because their office staff claimed it was because they had an incorrect phone number in their database, who does that??!?

I don’t even know how they got the “wrong number,” especially since I had prior appointments where I experienced no problems with my number.

Obviously they had the right number at some point, because I had an initial appointment in September 2021, no problem at that appointment. What happened to that number?

I was told I needed dental work to have a cracked tooth repaired. I called twice to see about the appointment, and was told they were “still waiting” for approval from my insurance. When I called the insurance to find out what was causing the delay, I was told they NEVER received a request. ;(.

Then in April, I show up for my follow up appointment and was told my appointment was canceled because they did not have a correct phone number, even though they had my number for my initial appointment.

I am so disappointed. What rationale is there for canceling an appointment because your office staff had the wrong number in their database? Very Poor Business Practices! They won’t get another dime from me!
