I have lived in at least 10 cities or so over my lifetime, and I have to say, this is the best dentist office I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! While no one LIKES to go to the dentist--these folks sure make it much more appealing to do so. I can't say enough about Dr. Willis and his staff. I've been going to him for over 10 years, and all three of my kids have as well. They've always treated us well. I've never had to wait too long, and the waiting area is quite nice, nicer than most, with many thoughtful touches. Dr. Willis has always been patient with my kids (and me!) and he's just a nice trustworthy guy. And on top of that, he stays very much up to date in his field and has cutting edge technology to draw on, which also is comforting. His staff is top notch, and there is relatively little turnover, which tells you a lot about how he treats his staff. They are all super friendly and professional, and have always put my kids at ease.

This office has a terrible financial person in their office who after my mom gave a bad review called her on the phone and screamed at her and told her she was idiot, I have worked in health care for eight years in a few different offices and it is completely unacceptable to speak to a patient that way. My mom didn’t react in anger and remained calm but I am furious that she was treated so poorly and after she called the office and told someone what had happened another woman called and never apologized for what happened. This should never happen in any customer service industry. I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of this employee. No one deserves to be berated as my mom was by this office
