I typically love this office. They’re usually very friendly and quick. The dental hygienists are so gentle and there’s little to no wait time. The last two times I’ve been disregarded as a patient. The first time I was called the day before my appt because the dentist would be out of town on emergency, that was completely understandable. I was asked if it was ok to reschedule for the following Monday. I had already taken time off for the scheduled day. The young lady that was attempting the reschedule said that she understood and that they’d call to get it worked out. I never received another call so I called to reschedule another appt. Got the appt, confirmed everything, arrive to the appt 6 minutes early, signed in, and was told to be seated. At the time there was only 1 other patient in the lobby I was told to be seated and I’d be called back shortly. I waited patiently for 30 minutes when I noticed that someone that entered the lobby after I had checked in had already been called back. I went to the front desk to ask when I would be seen. The young lady asked how long I had been waiting, if I had signed in, and located my appt but didn’t understand why I hadn’t been seen. She was not the same young lady from when I checked in. I was once again offered a Monday appt after I had taken time away from work. My time was not valued at this practice. I was not valued at this practice. And it’s really unfortunate because I’ve really enjoyed going to them.

Staff is friendly. The doctors are nice. It’s nice to go someplace and have nothing you can think of complaint-wise.
What I will say, is that i went to Aspen Dental before going here. I was misled (or lied to) by whoever took the call about my insurance being in Aspen’s network. They also tried to get me to do several thousand in dental work I didn’t even need.
So I concede my bar may have been moved down, because a bad experience can make you easy to please. But I write all of this so people can tell this isn’t just some free review robot.
All in all, this place is damn good, I would recommend it to my mother.

My first visit was awesome! The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am always nervous at the dentist, but Heather was so wonderful! She was gentle and kind and she seriously minimized my anxiety. I highly recommend them!

Kristen was my dental hygienists and she was absolutely Amazing! Great customer service. Dr. Steineker was very friendly and thorough. All around the team is great. My husband hates going to the dentist and I feel so comfortable with them that my husband is happy to go. I would gladly recommend them.

New patient here!!! My 1st experience was excellent at their office. The front desk staff were super friendly and greeted me with a smile upon entering the building. My hygienist was very nice and made me feel at ease as she cleaned and examined my teeth. Let's not forget the dentist was very thorough and friendly as well. Overall, I'm glad that I chose this practice for my dental provider 😊.

Don't come here. Nice facility but they are not very skilled. If you have an Existing problem already they will make it worst. They rush when doing procedure in your mouth. The dentist will be doing 10 other patients while working on you and that's where the inconsistencies come in. Don't let there fake star Ratings trick you. Please avoid this place. Plus the staff is not very diverse

I had the most amazing first visit with this office on yesterday!! Everyone from the receptionist up to the dentist were extremely polite, helpful, personable and just made the experience awesome for me. Right after I left I called bragging to my family!! Can't wait until my next visit.
