This was the worse dentist appointment that I've been to. He gave me anesthesia to numb my gums. It numbed it for a split second. He came back in and injected me with more and said that he'd do the best that he could. This man was pulling so hard on my molar tooth that I can feel it. He start getting frustrated and start cursing. Never again!!! The front receptionist was such a sweetheart and so were the clerks. I don't know what was wrong with the doctor.. To top it off, my tooth didn't get pulled and he had to give me some of my money back. Worse experience EVER!!!! I wouldn't send my pet there if I had one..

I Visited Dr. Hill Business Twice Both Getting One Of My Wisdom Tooth Extracted He Was Very Professional And It Was A Fast Painless Experience I Do Recommend His Service He Was Nice And Had Great Customer Service He Made Me Feel Very Comfortable

Today we went in for a consult. Dr. Hill was on his way out, he turned around and came back in to assist us. His hygienist and receptionist Onita Payton provided EXCELLENT customer service. I am highly satisfied with Dr. Hill service and his staff!! Thank you all. Keep up the good work!

No bed side manner
I should have followed my first mind and listened to these reviews. These people are lying at all. He needs to be more kind and assuring to people that you are yanking teeth out their mouth. The numbing medicine is a joke I felt it all. I was in more pain after I left. He told me that was the numb as I would get. I felt it all. I squirmed he goes mAam you are getting a tooth pulled heck I know I feel it.

I was extremely afraid of even picking up the telephone and make an appointment. Long story short, I FINALLY did after 30+ years and I feel foolish after my visit because not only were the staff pleasant my ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS A 100!! I am referring all of my family and friends to visit this office and allow Dr. Hill to make your smile shine through and through!!!

This man was rude and very disrespectful. He gave me a shot in my mouth without any knowledge and when i began to ask questions on what he’s doing he became really angry and disrespectful. He did not pull my tooth because of that and referred me to a oral surgeon instead. His place of business needs to be closed down because there’s no way you should be providing customer service in this manner. Very horrible experience.

I went today this was my first time but it won't be my last time. He was great other dentists have hurt my mouth in getting dental work done. He made sure that I was very comfortable during the whole procedure.
He made sure my mouth was completely numb before he extracted my tooth. I'm terrified of dentist but not anymore at least not of him. I will be going back to get the rest of my dental work performed. His staff was friendly and courteous. His prices were very reasonable since I don't have any dental insurance. Thanks Dr. Hill and staff 😁

YES BE WARE, why be referred here if u have insurance. Its for people with no insurance. Which is fine!! But why not go somewhere to be put asleep. No pain. If u have more than 1 extraction. Check reviews and your insurance plan. Glad we went to another dentist

His staff were unbelievable nice but Dr.Kent Hill is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered with. I was his last patient and he was very much frustrated he told me its not my fault you came in here with bad teeth bc I jump everytime he stuck me trying to numb my mouth. It's a long story but I recommend him to no one with that attitude I did absolutely nothing for him to act out the way he did. There was a smart remark for every question I had he literally went off on me

I visited here a few years ago to get a tooth extracted. The novocaine that was injected into my gums didn't work. As the "doctor" kept pulling at my tooth, I informed him that my mouth wasn't numb. He had an attitude about it (I guess I was supposed to just ignore the pain) & proceeded to pull the tooth out anyway! He treated me like a nuisance simply because I was in pain since his watered-down novocaine didn't work. Obviously, he doesn't care about or view you as a patient; just as a paycheck. If this place was the last dental office on Earth, I still wouldn't go back!
