I’ve been a Patient for over 10years for certain. I even brought both of my daughters on board with me. My daughter which is a College kid missed 2 appointments, but has NEVER missed any other appointments since being a Patient there. I, spoke with new lady by the name of Daphne(took Dorothy place) after she retired. I LOVE Dorothy never had an issue with NO staff members until this new lady took over. She and I had a NOT so polite conversation because I was upset about the NO SHOW fees but I took full accountability for my daughter missing 2 appointments. I PAID them BOTH in FULL like I always do for me and both of my girls. Being loyal to this Practice meant nothing to Dr. Goodwyn because she excused my daughter from her Practice because of 2 missed appointments. I, think the real reason was because of what Daphne claim I said over the phone. But Dr. Goodwyn didn’t reach out at all. They claim a letter was mailed to me, but that was a lie because it went to an old address. Not my fault the staff didn’t update my address. My point I’m making be mindful where you choose to go and the number of years doesn’t matter, loyalty, or whether or not you take care of all of your bills!!!
I, thank you for excusing my daughter because now you all have lost 3 LOYAL Patients!!!! Again, thank you!

BEST dentist office in Montgomery!!!! The staff is great--they are always so nice and you're never left waiting in the reception area for any length of time. My hygienist, Pam, always takes great care of me, and Dr. Goodwyn is the BEST dentist I've ever had (and she has nice small hands!). I would go no where else and would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist, or anyone who has always hated going to the dentist, because they are the best!

This office stated that they accept TriCare Dental. My son ONLY had a teeth cleaning the day of the appointment. Apparently this office doesn't accept TriCare, because I received a collection notice with no initial bill. The name on the collection notice for the patient is incorrect. This cleaning was conducted prior to my move to Germany as a prerequisite for the military and clearly this office is taking advantage of my departure.
