Dr. Waters is great a really renewed my faith in a dentist all together! I had a really bad experience with another dentist having a tooth extracted. So I was really hesitant to go back to a dentist to have teeth pulled but I had to and dr. Waters talk to me throughout the whole thing I had three teeth extracted today and he told me step-by-step what he was doing as he was doing it so that really eased my anxiety and all was well he told me to let him know if I was not numb and he would stop , but that didn't happen I strongly recommend him great dentist! I am also a patient that has hemophilia B which is a severe bleeding disorder and he knew what to do and how to handle that as well.

Dr. Watts and her assistant was outstanding. They both were caring, patient and professional. Dr. Watts procedure was next level. Normally I would feel when the Dentist sticks me with a needle, but I can honestly say I felt NOTHING!!😁 I pray she'll be my Dentist for the rest of my life. Keep up the good work.

First off my appointment was at 8:00 I was called to the back less than 10 minutes.. My experience was the best everybody was smiling happy showed great hospitality!
And most of all Erica Palmore was the absolute best .. She did wonders on my cleaning ..She made me so comfortable and I was so relaxed.. And my Dr. was just as great as she was.. He came in with a smile showed his concern and let me know what was next on my bucket list to get done ... Very humble he was..
