I was very nervous about having dental work done! But at this office I was very comfortable because of how the staff treats you! At my job we often talk about customer service, The employees at this office gives great customer service& that goes a long way with people. Keep up the great work! Dr. Shofner and his staff are top notch! You won't find a better dentist and staff in town! I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and they always make it go right away! They take such great care of me. My kids also love going!! They never complain when it’s time for our appointments. I’m so thankful for such an awesome staff to take care of my family! Definitely the best!!

I have only been seeing Dr. Marshall for about a year, but I'm very happy with him and his entire staff. Danielle is kind, professional and very sweet. Dr. Marshall is friendly, professional and very accomodating. The front office is well staffed with friendly folks who seem to really want to be there. They are all very helpful and efficient. I could not be happier!

Dr. Marshall has been my dentist for over 10 years and i’ve never had a single problem! They always have a great staff and they get the job done in timely, sensitive manner. They really care about their patients & go above and beyond to satisfy them. Everyone is super nice and i would recommend this place to anyone. Best dentistry in Tuscaloosa. Also shout out to Shea, she was super nice & actually conversed with me! I moved to the Center for Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry upon the retirement of my former dentist. I have never regretted choosing this group of Doctors. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field. But it doesn't stop there. They have compassion for their patients beyond what you can imagine. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of encountering in the office has been very kind and helpful. The waiting time is minimal. They are excellent with time management. On a scale of 1-5, 1 being awful and 5 being excellent, I would give them a 5+ in every category. All my experiences with this group of professionals has been superb! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Honestly, I was terrified of what I was about to experience. Fortunately I was pleasantly surprised at how well things turned out. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Marshall and Brittany took care of me in no-time and had be back on my way. I was relieved to find I had no discomfort at all.

I went in for some restoration and my experience was great. I signed in, sat down in the waiting room, and not five minutes later, I was called back. staff was super friendly, area was clean, and everyone was so helpful. I was in and out in no time. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone. Definitely the best dentist I've been to.
