Dr. Cole and his staff provide excellent dentistry for all ages. My family of six has been patients for the past 5 years, right down to our 2 year old! All my children love going to the dentist and always ask when they're going back! Dr. Cole takes the greatest care to provide comfort and his staff are always friendly—recognizing you upon walking in the door though we only see them twice a year. Hands down the best dentist office in Northport and Tuscaloosa.

I called Dr. Cole's office in excruciating pain. Even as a new patient, they fit me in the very next morning! Each and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. Throughout my lifetime i can honestly say I've yet to have a dental experience that wasn't just awful... until now. Dr. Cole and his staff were simply amazing. I literally left with a smile :)
Oh, and to sweeten the day, Dr. Cole even called me himself that afternoon to check on me after the procedure. That's something that just doesn't happen everywhere you go ...
I'm definitely never using anyone else again. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Dr Cole is a fantastic dentist. He is gentle, compassionate, and extremely thorough. His office is very clean and relaxing. The dental hygienist is the best I have ever seen. I go every 4 months because my teeth feel amazing when I leave. I highly recommend Dr Cole and staff.

I had a broken tooth that had to be extracted. It was a large tooth and would not be easily pulled. I was scared bc I had the same situation with a different dentist and it was awful. I won't go into details but trust me I had ptsd from it. Mr Cole handled it with ease and barely any pain. I have full faith in him now because that was not a easy situation. Polite, professional, gentle and knowledgeable are a few words that come to mind. Thanks.

I was referred to Dr. Cole in the early part of 2016 after oral surgery. I had gone to my former dentist for a post surgical mold for a dental implant, but she didn't know what the heck she was doing. I called back to my oral surgeon, crying, asking if there was anyone they could recommend to do the procedure correctly. I had paid my former dentist's office over $300 for shoddy work and was sent home with a semi sharp object in my mouth. My oral surgeon, in Talladega recommended offices in that area; the only preferred office in Tuscaloosa was Dr. Cole's office; they even called them to explain the situation for me. Within the next half hour, I received a call from Dr. Cole's office; they made me an appointment the next morning. I must say, I was a bit nervous about another person getting into my mouth, especially after my experience. The next morning, from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everyone was phenomenal. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at any doctor's office. Dr. Cole apologized for what the other dentist had done and that I'd had such a bad experience. He explained what he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable before getting started. After he was done, he told me how long it would be until my crown would be in and asked if I wanted him to do it or another dentist, that he could find someone if I'd be more comfortable. Of course I wanted him to do it. I wnet back for my crown and after that procedure, I changed dental offices for my son and me the same day. I'd recommend Dr. Cole and his staff to anyone! Absolutely the best in the area!

I highly recommend Dr Lewis Cole and his staff! I'm one of those that has extreme anxiety at the very thought of going to the dentist. But I must say I've never been to a dentist that has made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as this one! They took my fears seriously and helped me more than they know. You truly feel and know your needs and feelings are important and your not just another "number" but more like family coming to visit. Thanks so much for the personal one on one attention and care you give, you go over and beyond for your patients and as a patient you can feel the loving atmosphere when you walk in! Myself as well as my son has used Dr. Cole for years... He is by far the best there is... My son has seen him since he was just a year old and loves going to see Dr. Cole.
