I would give Pelham Dental Care, Dr. Kentros, and his staff six stars if possible. I broke a tooth and they arranged to have me taken care of quickly. The new technology of the 3D scanner and 3D printer allowed Dr. Kentros to quickly and accurately make me a replacement temporary crown in his office that day which felt wonderful. Dr. Kentros gave me a detailed explanation of the process and patiently answered my questions. I was fortunate to have not broken off a larger portion of the tooth which would have required an implant, but it was reassuring to find out that Dr. Kentros does dental implants as well. One of the dental assistants was telling me they had all ready performed two dental implants that morning. His entire staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I will be returning to Pelham Dental Care for future needs.

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff were courteous and it was the most efficient medical office I’ve ever been in. From the time I checked in to the time I left was about 30 minutes. I was really impressed.

Wonderful, everything the 5 star reviews said it was. Referred by 2 friends after 3 attempts at various Helena dentist office left me despondent. Wish I had known about Dr Kentros & his staff initially, would have saved time, money & anxiety. Will update again after my dental work …

Able to get me in quickly.All office staff were very friendly and helpful in getting info collected and verified. I needed a Dentist bc mine retired. Waited until my benefits were about to expire by the end of the year. I goggled dentist near me and this office made room for me! I was extremely lucky to have found this practice. Will continue. Amy, the hygienist did not hurt at all. I do Wish they had tv in exam rooms to help pass the time.

If you are new to the area and need a dentist, I just had the most amazing experience at this clinic.
I hate (yes, hate) going to the dentist (even though I’ve gone every 6 months for probably 45+ years) and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was so kind - so kind, so gentle - so gentle, and just all-around top notch.
We moved here from Southern California right before the pandemic shut the world down and knew no one. It’s been so hard finding new, well, everything after having the same nurse practitioner (who I loved so much) and dentist for 25+years in Southern California.
We love Alabama. People care. And, this office is fantastic! Just wanted to share. ♥️
