I had a really great experience with Dr. Tickle! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while because of anxiety surrounding dental work, but I’m glad I chose his practice. The dental hygienist was very friendly, described the procedures for me, and did everything she could to make the process as painless as possible. This place is God Sent. I was in pain for weeks before seeking a dentist. I contacted Dr. Tickle’s office and they got me in immediately for a visit (same day to be exact). Came up with a plan and was able to get an extraction the next morning. He was so detailed and thorough. He literally explained everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. His staff is top tier. They greeted me with a smile. They understood what had to be done. Everyone was in such great moods! Never felt so welcomed before. Let’s just say, “he’s got a new patient”.

This rating is for the receptionist only. Never made it to the appointment. Really sick of miserable people in customer service. You’re suppose to make the client feel welcomed but she was rude off the back and for what ugh just no. I’m sure the dentist is wonderful but the experience starts at the desk. You should really do an evaluation of your staff because she will lose you potential clients every time with her nasty and rude behavior.
