I visited twice, first time my teeth were x-rayed and cleaned. They took more time doing the best cleaning job that I've ever had. Teeth were shinny-clean, and it was all gently done. I look forward to my next cleaning (that's a first). Next time they replaced an old filling. They explained everything before, durning and after. They used methods and equipment I've never seen. They might be the most advanced dentist team in Alaska.

This people are honest, they don’t complicate things they solved with my big problem. I have a broken tooth in the implant denture. Easy, fast. I found a little expensive, but is a Alaska and I am used the prices in Texas. Thanks y’all

I moved my whole family away from this practice. I was frustrated over my time not being valued, and being over charged. I would schedule an appointment for two-fillings for my son, but due to their poor scheduling practices they would only do one. And I had to bring him in again. This happened several times. I also attempted several times to schedule wisdom teeth removal and asking for a treatment plan…I called several times. Each time someone was suppose to call me back; which never occurred. Even standing at the counter, a message was left for someone to call me. The icing on the cake was when I switched insurances who actually sent me the explanation of benefits only to find out that I was over charged for years without noticing. I decided at that point to move practices. I received a partial refund after months of going back and forth with them. The only reason we are not in court is because it would cost more then the pending refund.
The people are nice but that is not enough to outweigh everything else.
