I absolutely love Nikki at the front desk she is very helpful in explaining ALL insurance questions and is just very helpful, kind, and pleasant in general. The office is very clean. All the staff were incredible. The COVID safety procedures made me feel very comfortable. Adam really listened to me to understand my concerns and provided helpful information for all my questions. He was also great working with my toddler. I was happy to that we talked through different options and I didn’t feel pressured to pick anything that didn’t seem right to me. Nikki at the front counter is extreamly helpful explaining different costs based on your current insurance and even looked up costs for another insurance for me when it was open season and I was going to be switching.
Lena is super sweet and very aware that getting xrays isn't always fun. She did everything she could to make sure the xrays were as harmless as they could be. She also puts the Katmai bears on the TV for me to watch during my visits!
I used to HATE going to the dentist. I avoided it for years after a bad experience when I was a teenager and never went unless absolutely necessary. I knew I needed alot of work done so I was majorly avoiding the reality of how bad I knew I had let my teeth get.
That changed once I started seeing Dr. Adam. He is so so so patient and understanding. I just recently went in for a cleaning and it was the easiest cleaning I can remember. I unfortunately had to get a filling today but he was so calm and patient that I didnt even stress out like I normally would.
I would recommended Dr. Adam to everyone and anyone who needs to get any sort of work done. I thought my teeth were way to far gone but almost anything and be fixed these days! Dr. Adam took the time to go over all the work I needed done and made up a treatment plan to get eveything he recommends done. And his recommendations are just that, recommendations. I have never been pressured to get additional work that I feel isnt necessary at these time.
His prices are very reasonable and comparable to chain dentists. His quote for my teeth implants was almost half the other guys!
I like this team at Chugach Dental so much, I made sure my mom made an appointment to get a cleaning and try them out while she was waiting for me to get my filling. If you're looking for a great dental office that is very knowledgeable, understanding, and none judgemental, this is the place for you!

Very flexible scheduling. Everyone in the office is very helpful. I have had multiple fillings and a crown put in and the entire experience was as pleasant as a trip to the dentist could possibly be.
