The whole staff was understanding about my anxiety about getting my teeth pulled. They offered me headphones to listen to Pandora so I didn't have to hear much noise from the drills. They made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I had the misfortune of getting a crown at Denali Family Dental. I was having recurrent pain and food impaction afterward. Went back to Dr. Maisey who adjusted it and the problem was worse. Decided to get a second opinion and found out the crown was improperly made. He could’ve adjusted it multiple times and it would’ve been the same result as the problem was a defective crown. Call Dr. Maisey’s office to send my records to the new dentist. 2 weeks later, I found out they still didn’t send my records, I called again and the receptionist and office manager were extremely rude. Stay away from this dental practice!

My appointment was supposed to be at 920 but instead of getting my appointment done and over with , I need to put up with a computer at the front desk , that keeps logging me out. On the plus side , you have no privacy , you have to input all your personal data , like social and such in front of everyone in the waiting room.
