My 3rd appointment "$119 Groupon Special"was scheduled at 1:00 Friday 5/20/22 for my exam consultation. I arrived at 12:50 pm and waited until 1:10 pm and no one was at the clinic, lights were off, door was locked, voicemailbox full and no notice on their door that the office was closed. It was a 15 minute drive and had arranged my day for that scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional and unorganized!!

I love the staff at Fresh Dental and Dr. Parisa is absolutely wonderful. I have never felt the shot she gives for numbing and I have not experienced any pain during any procedure. Came in for extraction and before I knew it Dr Parisa was done! Pain less injection and smooth extraction- couldn't tell I was parting with my tooth so smoothly. As is, the dental work makes me nervous and I prefer to avoid it; but the fact that I am coming to the office where I am met and greeted by my first name and everyone from the assistant to the doctors are cheerful and happy, drives out my fears. You guys rock and always do make my smile shine!

Totally Scammed!! I don't have dental insurance so I bought a Groupon for this dentist. It had been about 8 months since my last exam which isn't too far past the typical 6-month visit. The dental assistant was very nice and did a good job with the cleaning, the actual dentist was nice enough but my problem comes with they recommendations. The dentist said I had 6 cavities that need to be filled ASAP and she said I NEEDED to fill in a chipped tooth, something I had never heard before. The quote to get everything fixed was in excess of $2500. I didn't feel good about their findings as I have never in my life had 6 cavities at a time, I ended up going to another dentist for a second opinion and he concluded that I in fact only have 1 cavity. This place is a complete scam and I would avoid at all costs.
