Friendly staff that remembers me from 6 months ago! I was actually nice to go in and see a friendly face and receive friendly service. I like the reminders of my appointments that I get on my phone although how this may be annoying for some people. However, one can easily stop the notifications.

My visit yesterday, even tho I didn't have any dental insurance and I was in so much pain because I have wisdom tooth problem that I don't even wants to deal with again. but thank you Frost dentist for accepting me and help me out with my worse pain ever, I got a huge discount yesterday and it was awesome! I am SO thankful for Frost Dental ! I had the most amazing first visit I think I've EVER had! They take incredible x-rays...the staff is all very friendly (Emma has helped me beyond her job description I think) and Dr. Toone took the time to really explain to me my situation with my teeth. I haven't had any dental work done really for about 10 years and I thought FOR SURE I was going to lose a few teeth...Not with Frost Dental !!! Dr Toone worked up a plan where I get to keep my teeth !! I can't wait for the next couple of weeks when it's all done!
