Glacier Dental is awesome. It’s clean, the staff are so pleasant and very considerate of my time needs. They remember me from previous visits and special thanks to Julie for sorting out an issue with Medicaid. Dr. Han & Tracy were my care providers for my last visit and they were so kind, funny & thorough with my cleaning and cavity fills. Will always be coming back here.

Chantel brought me back very shortly after filling out my paperwork and was very gentle while taking x-rays. The dentist came shortly after to look at my x-rays and help me understand what work needed to be done. I had my first cavities ever that needed to be filled and I was nervous but that worry was very quickly abated by the dentist. He and the assistant, Ell did a wonderful job of making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. He told me exactly what to expect before each step and always asked how I was feeling after each step. If you are nervous about the dentist, this is the place for you! There are lots of different options to help calm nerves and get you through the appointment with as little stress as possible.

I'm coming back to rate Glacier dental 2 stars because after my appointment a couple of years ago I am still traumatized. The dental assistants were absolutely wonderful and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Unfortunately, after I told the dental assistants it was my first time and I was afraid of judgement, when the doctor looked at my teeth he made light of the situation, knocked on my teeth with tools and said he had never seen some like that before and that if he wrote an essay about it he would win a Nobel prize. Then while I was numb and he was drilling I told him I could feel the pain and he said "there's a difference between pain and pressure" he only numbed me more after I felt it again. We finished the procedure and I cried and had tears streaming down my face for the rest of the visit as I sat in the chair.wWhen I walked to the front desk to check out I was then coerced while sobbing torate them 5 on Facebook by the front desk staff while she watched my phone. It had been a while but I've felt the need to write an honest review for a while and I've been terrified of going to the dentist ever since

Went in for a cleaning and got some cavities filled. First time that the injection of the numbing agent didn't hurt like hell! Shout out to assistant Al and Dr James for a great job and a quick, painless visit.

Very happy with Dr Cho and Dr James and Rose and Arv. We’re so kind and very careful with me , I felt no pain . So thankful for them , made my experience calm and relaxed . Thank you so much

I walked in here to have a Dentist look at my tooth that was bothering me, my first impression was "not bad" type of environment and when finally I met Dr. Jones, and I never had a female dentist so this is my first female dentist, and at first I was a little uncomfortable, but when she started to work on my took, it turn out great! Dr. Jones was very professional in her field and I think I'm going to keep her as my dentist. The staff here were very polite and knowledgeable, Genesis was the front desk personnel and she was great and had caring personality, I didn't have to have my daughter come in to pay for my portion, but instead they took her information that she text me. Tang was helping Dr. Jones, she really good, but she could be gentle with using that thing they use to suck water out of your mouth type thing. But my visit to this dentist office was pleasant, and I am going continue using them for our family dental needs.
