Best dentist ever. They are always in a good mood and they hang onto staff forever. I started seeing Dr. Hipsher when I was too young to remember. When he retired, I suddenly became terrified of the dentist and didn't go for 5 years! Dr. Young is the dentist who took over Hipsher's practice; they worked together for a few years before Hipsher retired. I finally went in because my mom was nagging me incessantly and felt silly because I had nothing to fear! They still have the same office staff they had when I was a kid, and the quality of service is impeccable. You can tell Dr. Young loves teeth - he will explain any and everything to you, and he really likes answering your questions and explaining what things mean. I like being told what's happening and knowing what's up with my x-rays, and he is all too thrilled to tell you! It makes me feel assured that he is doing only what he needs to and shows me he's really thinking ahead about my dental health. I am so grateful I have such a wonderful group of people looking out for my teeth! I have dental insurance, but I have read my EOBs and the prices are pretty good if you have to pay out of pocket. I have even had a couple little procedures, like removing the glue from my old braces, just thrown in for free because I've been a lifelong client. That's customer service, and that's why Midnight Sun dental will see me, my husband, and kids until we leave or they do!
