When a filling didn't take, he replaced it with a more expensive milled ceramic filling, and he didn't charge since he considered it to have been a result of his own previous work. I was very grateful for that. The last thing about this office worth pointing out is the outstanding front office staff. They listen. They are patient. They are professional. I always feel welcomed and supported in my interactions with them. In fact, when I call them -and this is true- I feel myself starting to smile before they even pick up the phone. I know I'm going to be speaking to a calm, collected individual who is happy to hear from me. That's just the way it is. This dental office is a gem and is a paragon of excellence in this profession.

I've been bringing my youngest two kids together for two and a half years in hopes that the youngest would see her slightly-older brother go through his cleaning and she'd be willing to do it. They have been really patient, showing her the whole process on her brother every six months, only to have her back out. Today, she did it, and Dr. Wappett and Grace made it such a good experience that she asked in the car on the way home, "can you make me another appointment soon? I LOVE that."
