Four Corners Dental Group Fairbanks

I called the morning of the 17th and the call was answered by a very polite young lady. I asked how much it would cost to have a tooth examined and she answered with "What insurance do you have?" I said "Blue cross blue shield." So she said " Where do you work?" I said *****. So long story short I went in the next day free of charge for my insurance. I was there approximately an hour or so and had the treatment plan done and ready to start pulling. Unfortunately the funds weren't there so I called back later that day and was able to get back in within the hour. Next hour 4 teeth pulled and driving home. If I ever would recommend a dentist office in town this would be the one by far. Thanks so much guys. Keep up the good work!☝

I will not be going back. The dental work seems fine. But the dentist was awkward. Lectured me for changing dentists (hard to say at a dentist when you move out of state), told me I needed crowns on my root canals (have had crowns for 15 years), and then wanted to tell me about his experience reading 50 shades of grey which was just awkward. Then after my visit I paid whatever they told me they had worked out with my insurance. Over a month later I get an additional bill because apparently my insurance doesn't pay for the type of filling that is the only one they do. (Although at first she told me I had not paid my copay. I told her it was unlikely that my copay included 35 cents). Finally the bill both told me my payment was late and told me that it was only 8 days old but in an other 7 days it would be considered late. Not sure when 15 days became the billing cycle for when things became late.

Bottom line: awkward (inappropriate) conversation with the dentist and a moving target for payment means I'll go elsewhere.

The doctors here were amazing. Fast, efficient, kind and patient. I was terrified and grateful they made sure it was a painless procedure. Relief!

One of the best dentist offices in Fairbanks. Dr Anderson is great with kids too. Even my 8yo son doesn’t mind going to the dentist.

Came in for a simple cleaning and walked out with a 3000$ bill. The entire time the assistants and dentist made me anxious. Before I even sat to get my teeth cleaned they instantly wanted to know if I had my wisdom teeth removed. Why? Why would you ask a patient about a surgery when she only is coming in for a check up. After the dentist continued to say “you NEED to do this”, “we’ll do a consultation today”, “if you DONT do this your jaw will be DAMAGED” and continued with word play such as this in an attempt to what felt like to pressure me in getting a surgery.
Keep in mind this is the first time I went to the dentist without a legal guardian (because I am 18 and need to learn to do things such as this).
I said no, three different times. Each time they kept pushing until I finally said I was done and wanted to leave.
Do not go here please.
I’d rather wait until I’m able to go somewhere like Washington where they have professionals that don’t try to force money out of you.

I was scheduled for an dental cleaning this afternoon for which I took off work for. Upon my arrival, I was notified that my appointment was canceled because they couldn’t confirm my appointment 24 hours earlier. No one notified me of this policy when I made the appointment or asked for a current phone number. The receptionist was less than helpful to remedy the situation and uncaring. This is the 2nd bad experience that I’ve had with Four Corners Dental Group.

This was my first visit and the staff and everyone were wonderful. Like most, going to the dentist is NOT my favorite thing to do. My hygienist and Dr. Anderson made my visit pain free. I will definitely be going back to Four Corners.

The dentists that work there are hilarious and always take great care of me. I usually just go in for a cleaning and exam, but I recently broke a tooth and needed a crown. They made me a new crown with an incredible machine while I waited in the office. Nicest dental office I've ever been to!

I have 5 children ages 15y, 9y, 7y, 5y and 3y! All 5 children are seen in the same day! Recently I had an issue with a front tooth that needed a root canal...I was very nervous as the numbing in that part of your mouth hurts A LOT. Honestly Dr. Z was AMAZING! Even though I was very nervous about pain I barely felt a thing! I love this dental office their staff is very organized! Never seeing anyone else again! 5 x 1 million stars! THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY!

I had a great experience at Four Corners in Fairbanks, AK. I had a routine checkup and cleaning with Dr. Rhoton and his staff. The visit was great, no cavities and and no complaints. This office was clean and his staff were great. Will be going back for my next visit.
