My new patient experience this afternoon at Valley Neighborhood Dental in Palmer, AK was refreshing. As soon as I arrived, everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Customer service seems to be a lost art these days. Each person introduced themselves before sending me to the back exam rooms. That really means a lot to me. The whole team was informative and accommodating in every way. Patient care comes first and the whole team nailed it! I felt like I have been a patient there for years.
Thank you for making me feel welcome and completely comfortable. That is saying a lot because I do not like the dentist office.

Not everyone can say that they actually enjoyed going to their dentist. However, Rex Malcom, Pharm.D., DMD (Valley Neighborhood Dental in Palmer) is an amazing dental practitioner. His surgical expertise is incredible and his staff are super sharp and amazingly supportive.
But mostly, Dr. Malcom is a caring practitioner who goes out of his way to help others, especially in a dental emergency.
My recent experience was a true dental emergency. Dr. Malcom and staff made themselves available STAT at 7:30 AM to fit me in first into their busy day schedule so I could be relieved of my dental pain and also make it to my own medical practice in time for my morning session.
I highly recommend this practice to all. Truth be told, I am traditionally a very picky dental patient, but I am happy that I have found someone who is not only technically sharp but also a truly compassionate individual. In short, Dr. Malcom is a dental Prince!

EVERYONE PLEASE READ ,
I would like to share my experience with the professional staff at Valley Neighborhood Dental , i wasn't a patient at 4pm on the 28 of Dec when I walked in to the office with an extremely painful tooth and swollen gums and asked if someone could help me , now it would have been easy for them to simply say no ,or we are getting ready to close , but 2 minutes later I was told they would fit me in ,within minutes I was being seen , the Dental hygienist was so nice and helpful , and Dr. Josh was just awesome, within minutes he identified the problem, and had a course of action and explained it extremely well,
So ,by 445 Valley Neighborhood Dental had a new patient,
I want to say THANK YOU very much, I would and will reccomend you and your staff to everyone.
