My dental exam was very though and went beyond a normal exam. The attention to my overall dental heath inclued more then my teeth, it was a complete oral exam. A side note, his office is fabulous and comfortable! You will not be disappointed!

I wish this post did not have a character limit:-( Dr. Hu and his office staff often schedule appointments without patient input, he gives referrals to specialist whom he later says he has heard bad things about, he charges 'no show' fees even if you cancel in advance, he charges 'no show' fees if you do not return his calls, he does not personally return calls even when requested, office turn over is high (hmmm, why is this?), some office staff is rude and cannot justify the policies that are in place (DJ), he cancels some of his appointments due to double booking, second opinions differ from his diagnoses, he drops patients who question his policies... My family and I will look elsewhere for a quality dentist who does not engage is questionable practices!
