We have had a great experience so far with Luff! Their staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make things more fun for the kids. After her first appointment getting her Invisalign on, they gave my daughter a little prize bag with goodies in it, as well as a sweatshirt. They also have a game to earn points for the kids that they can then exchange for prizes. My daughter is doing well with her Invisalign so far and any issues have been handled promptly.

Absolutely loved Luff Orthodontics. The staff made me feel right at home and Dr. Luff did an amazing job working on making my teeth straight! I'm disappointed that I wont see them as much anymore but the occasional retainer check up. This is a welcomed space for anyone and everyone. The environment is well decorated, they always have Planet Earth on and free chap stick or coffee. I never had to wait more then 5 minutes. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. Thank you so much Dr. Luff and his Staff!

I honestly have no words to describe how much of an amazing establishment this is, as well as the people who work there. It is clear that everyone there truly enjoys their job, and it makes the long experience of braces entirely worthwhile. From the employees that work with me, the ladies at the front desk, and Dr. Luff himself. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. My teeth look amazing, and I have all of the great people there to thank.

Dr. Luff and his office staff are wonderful! Appointments are always on time and I've always been informed of the progress of their treatment after each appointment. The new Wasilla office is beautiful! Comfortable waiting rooms and friendly staff. Dr. Luff did an amazing job with both of my girls; beautiful straight teeth and smiles!! We couldn't be happier!

If you're transferring in from another state or office, don't waste your time here. I scheduled consults for my 3 kids after moving back to Alaska. Office staff was very friendly. That's where it ended. Dr. Luff spoke more about how transfer cases are not cost effective for his office and how much time they took and about his ski trip up to Tahoe than about my children's cases. I was then told I'd have my quote the next day, then it was by the end of the week. After waiting another week I finally called requesting my quote. I was told I'd be called right back. Nope. No return calls ever. So unprofessional. If you don't want to see transfer cases, then don't waste our time with appointments and x-rays. Insurance and cost were no issue for us, but not worth Dr. Luffs time apparently.

Dr. Luff and his staff are incredible! I just got my braces off today and, as always, the appointment was done as quickly as possible and everyone was welcoming and professional. Definitely recommend them. My teeth look and feel great! I live in Wasilla and work in Achorage so they were able to schedule me according to my needs.

Completed a treatment for our 8 year old daughter and couldn’t be happier! The staff was wonderful and friendly. The longest time we ever waited for the appointment to start was 5 minutes and that was rare. Plus lots of flexible payment options too!
