Dr. Vogel is fantastic, and his staff is as well. His approach is minimally invasive, his crowns are the best I've ever had, and he is patient and kind. I've managed a dental office, and through that I've seen good and bad dental work walk through those doors. I've also seen the market prices and encountered too many people that were told they needed work done, when that wasn't the case. Thankfully the dentist I worked for was ethical, honest, and took pride in his work. As a patient, I've had more work done in my mouth than I care to admit. I've searched for a dentist like Dr. Vogel for quite some time, and I'm so glad I found him. His crowns are a work of art, he's in tune with his patients, and his pricing is honest. Terrible service. Do not let the Saturday schedule draw you in. I went on Saturday and received a quote for my fillings, showed up the next Saturday to have them done and was charged an additional $200. The response I got was “sorry but that was just and estimate, you have to pay”. I spent a lot of time calling my insurance and needless to say a month later I received a reimbursement check as they had charged me the full amount and tried to charge the insurance the same. The receptionist is extremely rude and didn’t take the time to explain anything. The best part, the filling fell out 2 weeks later. I already have a new local dentist that I love now.
