Facility was nice and clean, staff were very nice and welcoming. Dr was very nice as well. I can see why people say he's super fast, in and out. But you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. One of the staff called the oral surgeon for me and made me an appointment for my impacted wisdom tooth. Great place to go. Made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience was great. They were friendly and kind when I checked in, and I wasn't waiting very long. The doc is always personable and funny, and painless. I wasn't there 15 minutes, and was done. He reminded me about needing a cleaning, and I could call and schedule it. It was great, I was in and out in no time at all and it didn't disrupt my day, or other errands. Fantastic service, super kind people, I highly recommend visiting if you have anything minor, major, or emergency. I've seen them for all three and they have been great every time.

Very pleasant dentist and staff from the moment I called until I left. I had a tooth that was bothering me and new to the area I hadn't established a dentist yet. When I called the office was able to get me in within a couple days!
Office was clean and I felt confident from the beginning that my care would be addressed immediately and it was. I've already made an appointment to return for a cleaning.

The cleaning has always been great. Last visit Dr P came in for exam and pronounced something and left. I had to ask assistant and she said I had a cavity on anchor tooth of a long bridge. That bridge needed to be removed, cavity treated, and new bridge made, thousands of dollars and dental work. I certainly would have liked a discussion about something this serious. I also dislike the constant reminders about appt. And so many requests for reviews

I moved to the area about 6 months ago and had to find a local dentist. When I called to schedule a cleaning and yearly x-rays, they were able to schedule me about a week out. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly, I got taken back pretty much on time for my x-rays and exam. Ronnie did my x-rays and she was very nice and tried to always make sure I was comfortable during the process. The dentist came in a short bit later and looked over the x-rays and examined my teeth. He was also very nice and didn't try to upsell anything (very refreshing after my husbands experience at Promenade Smiles). Once that was done I went back to the lobby to wait for the hygienist, Ian (they have 2 different areas that the procedures are done). This is where I started to get a little concerned because I waited awhile for my cleaning and thought he was running way behind, but once I got in the room I saw the schedule while he was looking at my chart and saw I was scheduled with him for 10:30 (my x-rays were scheduled at 9). I think because they have different people doing the procedures, they get scheduled separately like that. I'm guessing that was the soonest appointment for a cleaning he had after my x-ray time and it's probably easier to get them scheduled closer together if you schedule farther out. I have a very flexible job, but keep that in mind if you have a set amount of time that you can take off for an appointment. He was very gentle and explained what he was doing as he went. I already knew I had a couple deep pockets by my molars, but I waited to see what he had to say (again to make sure they don't try to upsell procedures I don't need). He only pointed out the spots I already knew of and suggested a deeper cleaning just for those areas (I've had others want to do the whole mouth even though the rest of the areas are fine). Before I scheduled that appointment they had a print out for me of what my cost would be after insurance and it was reasonable. I scheduled that and my husband is going to schedule a cleaning here since the place he tried didn't do it.

The staff at Casa Grande Family Dentistry are very polite and they treat you like a real person, not just a customer. The dentist, also known as Dr. P, is very gentle but very thorough and precise while he is working in your mouth, but the best thing about him is that he is fast--he knows what he is doing and gets the job done.

They are always very friendly and efficient office staff. Caitlyn, the hygienist ,is professional, quick and the cleaning is painless. Like their motto says they cater to cowards! She is awesome!

They got my wife and I in for teeth cleaning. Very nice staff, did a great job. We would recommend this Dentistry.

So far I'm very impressed. The doctor is quite good at what he does and so are his associates. I think this is the first office that I've been to that has been able to give me injections without causing me indescribable pain. I don't know where they learn to do this but whichever school they went to they taught them well. So far you've done a root canal and three caps and I'm very happy with the work. Two of the caps they were able to make in the office in minutes. One of the Caps had to be sent out to be made. The staff is very good and I would very much like to stay with this office and continue my relationship with them for a long time.

I had a great experience at your dentist office, everyone made me feel very comfortable knowing I don't like the dentist lol I will be back! 👍🏼
