Horizon Dental Group

My first “new patient” dental appointment at Horizon Dental Group in Chino Valley was Terrific! I enjoyed seeing pictures & community involvement in the lobby! Very friendly & prompt staff, exceptionally thorough exam, x-rays, great explanations and treatment protocol discussed very completely…I also like the fact the Dr & assistant took time to get to know me a bit & we even prayed together at the end of the appointment! Thank you Dr Lu, Erlyn & Horizon Dental staff!

I needed an emergency visit and Horizon Dental in Chino Valley was able to get me in right away. Dr. Long was so thorough in what needed to be done and explaining everything to me. They walked me through each step of my process. Dentistry work is not something I like, but Dr. Long really put me at ease as did her Dental Hygienist. Highly recommend having your dental needs done at this office.

The staff are pleasant and the dentists do good work. The day of my appointment their (only?) hygienist called out sick, and they had a walk-in, so they were running late. But they were kind, offered to reschedule, and were doing their best. My only issues are that they are not good about returning phone calls; going in person is best. And, they play a lot of country music in the waiting room (don't care for that)

My daughter got her wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, and let me tell you, the staff was pretty dang nice. Daughter has high anxiety with needles and the NP talked her through it. I just have absolutely nothing but good to say about them.

The one thing there was issue with was getting her top 2 removed out of pocket (thanks to insurance). I was told it'd be $200 for top 2. Found out they meant $200/tooth. $4??.?? Total was paid out of pocket. Hoping to get reimbursed due to our circumstances.

Other than that, I have absolutely no problem with them. My daughter gave the PA a 10/10.

Your staff is amazing! They were kind and caring and immediately put me out of my misery with some much need novocaine. They explained the X-rays in detail so if I felt informed and included in the decision making process. The required work was speedy and efficient and the cost was way less than I expected. I grabbed some business cards to hand out to all my friends. Thank you!!!

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things but the experience I had at horizon dental in chino valley was excellent. The staff treated me as a person not " just another patient". The procedures were painless. The doctor and the technician kept me informed of what they were doing and asked if I was ok. Thank you for all you have done for my wife and myself.

This office has the most friendly and happiest staff I have ever seen from all aspects which speaks from the root of the leadership. The expertise is outstanding as well, I recommend this organization with all of my respect thank you for always making my visits a joy, also the respect for everyone, especially our veterans and country is unprecedented. Dr. Long and her assistant went above and beyond with my dental care. I suffer from PTSD and they said the next I came in I could bring my comfort dog. That means a lot to me. Both ladies were genuinely kind and my experience was one I will always remember. I look forward to my next visit.

Always friendly to come to. The people up front know my name as I am walking through the door. The dental hygienist always friendly and understanding. Dr Cortes is great. Explains everything to me about what is going with n and very friendly to me.

Honestly I love them, I had really bad tooth pain. I had bad experiences with dentist in the past and don’t visit regularly with dentist. They got me in fairly quickly and really was affordable. The staff and the dentist was just great. I highly recommend them. I went to the Chino Valley office.
