Black Canyon City Dentistry

I've had 3 crowns either break or come out with the post attached in the last 2 years, all of which were worked on at BCC Dentistry. I have much older dental work that remains viable, many years after it was originally done. If I still lived in the area, I would be saying this to their faces. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your dental services.

I was a regular client in the office on Western Dr Cottonwood Az. I ordered my dentures & paid $500 down With $500 due as soon as they arrived & fit. I had three visits in between that cost included. #1 consisted of a custom made mold for my mouth. #2 was A wax fitting prototype. #3 was my apptbtoo pick up my new teeth & pay the remaining Ballance. I also paid $500 replacement insurance. So total full set cost me $1500.

I am an ex employee of Eldon ( The Owner) i have known him and worked on and off for 20 years. he is a great man to work for! i have never had any problems with my payroll and he has actually paid me in advance on many occasions. he is great to all his patients as well. his office has the best prices i have seen in the dental field.and offers same day appointments. i was fortunate to have met a lot of new patients in the short period i worked at the cottonwood location which i enjoyed very much. if i did not live so far, i definitely would work for Eldon again.

Terrible dentists and front desk service! I gave them ample chances too! 3 different dentists all screwed up basic services. I walked 3 hours for this last appointment. Save your self a lot of stress and find a dentist that cares enough to do it right the first time and not the third time.

Just called in hopes to schedule an appointment to have a tooth extracted that is causing me excruciating pain. I do not have insurance and saw an ad that said extractions starting at $75. The fuy who answered the phone was rude and sounded rushed. His tone and demeanor were appalling, didn’t even ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment or anything! The dentist in VOC apparently doesn’t have regular hours and isn’t always open all weekdays. I am starting a new job Monday and was hoping to get this tooth out before I start. I can’t sleep cause the pain is so bad. Aleeve, tylenol, orajel, and yhe red cross tooth ache stuff that smells like cloves isn’t even beginning to touch the pain.

So unprofessional... if i could I'd give them a zero or negative star. They never answer there phones, they scheduled me for the 22nd they've been closed for 3 days... They didn't call and reschedule my appointment. no reason why, they didn't even leave a sign on the door. I had to take time off of work for this Lost hours of work. God if you have money take it elsewhere. Don't go to this guy's.

We are in Prescott they have not answered for over a month!!! We need our xrays and for oral surgery and records and mold so we can go else where we paid for these things, Laura was a wonderful person but the rest owe us all back a call better business bureau my next stop

These crooks took $500.00 of our money at their Prescott location on 4/4/2019 and have evidently closed down. I have left numerous messages at both the Prescott and Cottonwood offices and they won't return my calls.

Never in my life have I seen and been subjected to such shoddy uncaring workmanship in my life. Maybe on the 3rd or 4th time they get it right, not the first. I am still dealing with pain and misgivings for ever going to these folks. Save yourself and your teeth and stay far away from these people.

Very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable people, but the place needs to be cleaned, from the rug and door around knob, to the clutter. A dentist office should be a sterile environment.
