I have been so happy with Joedi and her staff. They are so friendly and welcoming. I feel relaxed and confident whenever I need a cleaning or dental work. DO NOT COME HERE! I have had a genuine dental nightmare all due to Dr. Pasut. It all started a year and a half ago when I went to Dr. Pasut for a cavity filling and a chipped tooth filling, greatest regret of my life. First, the cavity filling was botched. I had to come in 3 times for rework due to severe pain (this was a small cavity) and finally on my 4th visit Dr. Pasut admitted it needed to be removed and refilled. Since she messed up the filling she offered to remove and refill for free. I couldn't afford to have a different dentist perform the work so I agreed to have her redo it. Yet again, another horrible decision. By now I was a little smarter so I decided to get a second opinion and it was confirmed that this filling needed to be completely redone. After having the filling removed and refilled, I still needed to come in again to have it reworked but this time Dr. Pasut had an assistant rework the tooth because she was out of the office (illegal?). Now, a year and a half later and the filling I had done on my chipped tooth just FELL OUT while eating soft food!!!! I now have a hole in my tooth which is very painful. The horror story doesn't stop here, my cavity filling has been very painful for the last 2 months. My NEW, qualified, and competent dentist told me the cavity filling needed to be removed and refilled AGAIN because of the poor quality of work!!!! However, most insurances only cover fillings on a single tooth every 2 years, since these teeth were filled 1.5 years ago I now have to wait 6 months to fix my teeth or pay $700 out of pocket to fix inept work. I have never hated dentists until now. I guess there is room for unqualified dentists in this small town. DO NOT COME HERE! If you are a current patient I strongly suggest you evaluate picking a different dentist. I am spreading the news of this appalling experience to anyone who will listen! I firmly believe Dr. Pasut's license to practice should be revoked.
