From the moment I arrived at Flagstaff Downtown Dental I felt welcomed. Gina was so friendly and helpful. She helped me with my insurance after my appointment was finished.
Priscilla was my Hygienist. She was gentle but thorough. She was careful around some of my sensitive areas. I left with my teeth feeling clean.
Dr. Stowell was very kind. He took his time with me and explained what was going with my teeth. He made some recommendations and seemed to really care about my teeth. I look forward to working with Dr. Stowell and the rest of his staff to keep my teeth in good chomping condition!!! Five Stars

This is my first visit to Flagstaff from San Diego, and the night of my arrival a crown fell out. I called up Downtown Dental and they squeezed me in that very same morning (three days before Christmas). Everyone at the office was friendly, and the dentist and dental assistant had my crown back in place in less than 30 minutes. I am so grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I called for an emergency appt and they took me in. Great customer service from the staff and the hygienist and the dentist 🦷. New in town and I live an hour away. I really appreciate that they were available in last minute’s notice. I highly recommend this dental office. I wish I can stay with them but I’m only in the area till June. I wish them all the best! I’m a longtime patient here, and have always been treated with kindness and respect, as well as thorough, high quality work. Keen is a most qualified and excellent hygienist, and Dr. Bacon is a skilled and excellent dentist. I also appreciate that their equipment is always state of the art. A+++….. it’s been a few years since the above review, and I am as happy as always with this practice! I’m so sorry to hear that Dr. Bacon will be retiring before my next appointment. But, Keen remains and so will I.

I've been going here since I first moved to Flagstaff a couple of years ago and everyone has been so kind and caring. Angel is amazing and somehow always makes me feel comfortable and like I've known her for ages. No one likes going to the dentist, but at least I don't dread it anymore :)

I was traveling thru Flagstaff when my tooth started to ache. I called in the morning and they offered to see me 4 hours later. I explained that I didn't want to burn thru my limited dental benefits with a full mouth x-ray. No problem. I did the check-in online. When I arrived I was promptly seated and Dr Blane saw me. I received a clear diagnosis and a prescription. Friendly, efficient, professional. Awesome office!
