Horrible scheduling and communication. Every other appointment gets rescheduled 2 or 3 times. And there is no way to communicate with your doctor except for seeing then in an appointment. We've been trying to get an important issue treated for 2 months now, but it takes weeks just to get x-ray results back from them, only to be told we needed to see another doctor who is booked a month out. Now that we finally have a referral for surgery they tell us that they can't schedule it because there are too many other surgeries waiting to be scheduled ahead of us. This place is an abject failure, and their system is horrible. They say you can leave a message with your doctor over the phone, but our doctor was never given any of the messages we left.

I really liked Dr Dee.
I liked him a LOT.
I'm scared to DEATH of Needles, and especially in my mouth.
I let out a quick shriek at the first poke, and I know that's based mostly about my anxiety about having dental work done, which ain't his fault..

But there's a male dental hygienist who assisted who is not very nice or gentle. He presents as a woman, with a nice manicure, and wears a bra and everything if you know what I mean, but he doesn't do his job like a female, if you know what I mean. If he wants to present as a female, I just think he needs to work on his presentation. He wasn't female... He was just a man who really doesn't care about people. Which made the process just a little bit more scary than it would have been without him, or with a different person in the room who wasn't trying to mislead anyone about being a sensitive nurturing female.
He's more than 6 feet tall...
I should have known he was a male by the impatient and aggressive way he handled me...
He never introduced himself to me, so there was an expectation that he was a...sort of female, so I wasn't expecting someone who would be so gruff, and since I didn't know his name, and we didn't discuss his pronouns, I was expecting him to be less impatient and aggressive. A person should be able to tell the clinic in a balanced, "woke" way, you would prefer a female who was assigned a female at birth, if it's important that you would prefer not to have a 6'2" hellish brute to work on you, and maybe you'd prefer a more gentle, sensitive, nurturing female professional to assist your procedures so he doesn't make the entire experience terrifying. Especially, if you're already afraid of dental procedures and pain.
That's all.

They took care of my emergency dental, but was disappointed they don't take Medicare as I am disabled.

Thanks to brylee actually caring Mike came in after doctor d and filled my cavity saving the tooth from more decay and pain.
I'm grateful some people actually cared. I've already spent so much on my mouth I don't care to anymore! Grateful for those two that day!

Good care but they rarely answer their phone. When not busy I hear them talk about hair etc. Probably even when people are calling. Not only that but they also rarely return calls. You have to go in to get care. That really should be fixed. Other than that the dental care is amazing.

Had a #7 tooth that had broke off. First time they sent me home right away, second time, they took x-rays and I waited for 3 hours only to have them ask if I could come back at 1pm and even then, I would not be guaranteed seeing someone. I said, forget it. Broken system.
