Needed to reschedule due to a family emergency, front desk woman was very rude, she had absolutely no consideration. Rudely told me I should be on time to my appointment regardless or to call on day ahead to cancel (As if I planned for an emergency to happen).
I began to explain I could not make it due to my current situation and teeth cleaning was far from my mind. It could simply be rescheduled, although she cut me off before I could say anything. Then proceeded to tell me they will charge me for my missed appointment.
I told her "I will be missing my appointment because I have a family matter to attend to and I am on my way to take care of-" CLICK she hung up on me as I was still speaking.
After that call I decided to no longer receive my dental care from a company who isn't considerate for their patient's uncontrollable situations. It was not a good day for me and she had only made it worse.
Sometime later I got a call from them again to schedule a teeth cleaning. (Not sure if it was the same person) She was being very very polite to schedule an appointment. I told her I will not be scheduling any services with them anymore due to my unpleasant experience I had with the last call.
She Immediately changed her tone. Rudely told me to call them again if I changed my mind and they are always accepting appointments.
Don't know if they charged me.

Awesome service. It was a while since my last teeth cleaning, but everyone was kind and courteous. Rita was fantastic at her job, taking the time to talk to me, clean my teeth and tell me what steps to improve on I my home care. All around an excellent business.

Good staff members, and doctors. Honestly Oasis are not the type of commercial dental which works less than what they charge you for. Not to mention the comfortable atmosphere…..ext. 👍

I've been too Oasis Dental twice now and both times I've had excellent experiences. Theresa was kind, professional and made conversation. She also explained to me more about my x-rays. Doctor Rodda is also great as he explains everything in a detailed way and has the patients' best interests in mind. Would definitely recommend!

I have been a patient since august 2019. I had to get several cavities filled and have been extremely happy with my care at Oasis. Dr. Rodda is willing to work with me to manage the jaw pain I tend to experience during long dental appointments. He is incredibly efficient; I don’t think I have ever visited a dentist that has completed a filling as fast as him. I can tell Dr. Rodda values quality dentistry and continued education so that he can provide the best care to his patients.
Oasis also has wonderful dental assistants and hygienists; they always take to time to chat with me and calm my nerves prior to any dental work I am getting done. I am able to ask questions and express my concerns. On top of everything else, the office has been incredibly flexible with my university schedule and are always patient and helpful! This past visit, I got to see their beautiful new office and Alysha was the sweetest dental assistant, Dr. Rodda took the time to chat with me which I really value.
