My husband and I are new to Timberline Dental, but we feel like we've stumbled upon a hidden gem. We both have specific dental needs and they were thoroughly explained to us in a way that was both science-based and attainable for the first time in Flagstaff.
Dr. Dawn helped me assess a filling that was botched by another dentist in town as well as work proposed by that other dentist and Jen helped me "tweak" my brushing routine and type of toothpaste for my type of mouth. They're easy to schedule with and very easy to talk to about our concerns. Thank you!

Nice office. Good people. Jen is absolutely awesome. I'm very happy with the work they did. ... Just make sure to call your insurance with procedure codes before getting any work done. Humana told me the Dr didn't call. Not sure if that's true but it probably is because I got hit with charges I didn't expect.

Here is the truth. YES, this is a review of Timberline Dental/Flagstaff.Their employee named DeeDee is extremely unprofessional, overly emotional and rude. She flew off the handle with me on the phone, she left a rude vmail "this is my second message!" Dee Dee was so nervously/angrily spewing LIES at me about Care 1st, so much that I actually had to ask her to slow down. Other employees: Jen the dental hygienist is condescending to parents. Their female dentist is cold and seems to hate her job, seemed tired of life in general. They told me my children could go there but not me. I was told, "No new adult patients, except children". Dr.Brandon stands out as a star there, I will say that. He is funny and warm. Both my son & daughter love him. ***I am VERY disgusted with DeeDee what an awful representative. She just hung up on me. She accused me of leaving "dirty messages". I left one single message. Just one. Asking about my insurance with no profanity, no yelling. Dee Dee interrupted me so much on the phone I couldn't even speak to her. She then hung up. In a few minutes with her on the phone, I was accused of being: "dirty, bullying, belligerent, & confrontational,". She admitted to not even LISTENING to the single message I left. Yet, she said it "was dirty". I told her I was upset & intense because of her accusations. She kept insulting me and labeling me. She wouldn't even listen to me. Dee Dee seems mentally disturbed. She is obviously having a bad day & took it out on me. A parent asking about insurance & prices. That is all I am. She refused to answer my questions. I was not able to cancel my appointments. I was not able to get a straight answer about their pricing. She refused to help me & simply hung up. She was really good at accusing, interrupting & insulting me. I give her that.

I've been a patient of Timberline Dental for eight years and I've never had anything less than stellar service. I (luckily) don't require anything other than normal cleans, and Jenn is the best. She's so friendly and gentle, getting my teeth cleaned is like just having a chat with a friend. Jenn has helped me took control of my dental routine to have the best health I possibly can. I recently decided to get cosmetic veneers on my front teeth, which was done by Dr. Brandon. I absolutely love and will vouch for how amazing they turned out! Natural looking and perfect, well worth the investment. I highly recommend Timberline Dental, from all of the staff I've encountered, to the products and services I receive, and the value.

Dr. Brandon and the team at Timberline are amazing. I had two crowns placed and as someone who avoids dental care from past experiences I will no longer have that issue! My crowns are beautiful, he matched them exactly to my healthy teeth and was amazingly patient with me. He made sure I was comfortable both appointments I had with him. I have also seen Dr. Dawn as have my children and she is just as patient and kind. We highly recommend Timberline Dental in Flagstaff for kids and grownups alike!

I've been a patient at Timberline for a few years. They are always friendly and efficient. Their receptionist is welcoming and very nice. Dr. Brandon always explains everything going on and keeps you in the loop during procedures. I am not a fan of dental work, I can't think of anyone that is, and they make things comfortable and very easy. I recommend their office to everyone.

I have a long history of dental issues, been to many dentists. These folks are the best thing that could have happened for me. Experience is everything! In addition, the staff are truly the nicest folks you will ever meet. I have a beautiful set of dentures now and could not be happier. I highly recommend the fine folks at Timberland Dental!
