My husband and I had a great initial visit and met Dr Smith! We had an enjoyable visit with Doc, Betty and Janell and their receptionist apologies on her name, she was so nice and helpful. We had a great conversation about all the great tech they use. So efficient. We didn’t have to wait long for our first appointment and have cleaning appointments scheduled soon! So far so good! Since this was our initial visit I will wait to give out the fifth star. 😄

I finally left without seeing the dentist. Decided I did not want to establish with a dentist office that made me wait 45 minutes. I will look for a smaller office with more personalized care. They made me sign a paper saying I would be charged and rebooked if I was more than 15 minutes late. I respect that and was willing to sign it. I also feel the consideration works both ways within reason of coarse. They had me come on early and after an hour I decided it was not what I wanted.

I changed my insurance and had to change to a different dentist. Since then I have had nothing but problems with KFD. I went to their office personally to sign a form to have my records transferred. Once I was at my new dentist, they told me I have to sign a form. They said KFD did not have a signed form. Also it took the over a month to get my last claim in to my old insurance. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. Something is very off with this business.

I went there today to have my teeth clean. As always, I am very impressed with how they clean my teeth, the service is always good. Me and my husband, has been in this clinic for 10 years plus and I would say that this "new administration" is the best- compared before. The staffs are super friendly and even the Doctor as well -who is also very smiling. They treat you nicely and fairly and they take good care of your issues professionally. Looking forward for next year's appointments. Thank you.
