Horrible rude extremely unprofessional. Was threatened and cussed at for no reason other than arriving to pick up copy of records to take to another dentist after arrangements were made with another employee the day before. Extremely frightening and shocking. Thankfully new Dr. Didn't need records he Refused to give us. Think employee needs to be kept away from people if he doesn't know how to behave without threatening and using profanity. Shocking.
