I had my cleaning on Wednesday with Emma Jean, and have been going to this office for the past year and met both Dr. Wagstaff and Dr. Kener. This place tops all other offices I have been to. When you arrive for your first appointment Natalie and Kaylynn greet you and make you feel very welcome. They even give you goodies for your first visit (cute cookie and gift card etc.) then you get an office tour, and they have some crazy techy stuff! It is incredible. The Drs are both very thorough and the staff is excellent and up to par with all your dental needs. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family! Thank you Gladden Farms!

We had called and cancelled daughters appointment. Later on we were sent a bill for $100.00. Called to inquire about charge, was told we did a no call/ no show, and that's why we were being charged $100.00. Reception told me since this is my first no call/no show they would waive the fee.
Never been charged a $100.00 fee at a FAMILY dentistry. This is arrogance at it's finest; telling us their time is more valuable then the patients. You don't charge your customer $100.00 for missing an appointment, especially after already calling and canceling. The customer is ALWAYS right.

Another great experience while finishing up a treatment for my gums and then getting a cleaning. And on top of their friendly, professional approach, they were kind enough to offer some specials, because of a slight delay in getting me in the chair, which was not necessary. They go above and beyond the norm to keep patients 100% satisfied. Will see them in 2023 for routine service. #1 in my books.
