If I could give them no stars I would. Got a crown done by a dentist here about a year ago. THEY LEFT DECAY inside the crown, so it is rotting out, the tooth is no longer save able. The X-ray shows the area is completely black underneath the crown. NO DECAY ON THE OUTSIDE of the tooth, it is all confined inside the crown. When I confronted them about it, they took X-rays, saw the issue, told me it was my fault due to dry mouth and sent me on my way. HORRIBLE, I left the place crying. They have refused to send documentation to my current dentist. Both him and I have asked for the documentation, they still have not sent any documentation. Please, avoid this pace at all costs.

As a new patient , I felt welcomed from the first time I spoke to a receptionist to the moment I walked through the door. They were responsive sending me any forms via my email address and it was easy enough to do on my phone . At intake the staff were very polite and the doctor immediately diagnosed my problem with a brief but thorough exam. All together a great appointment !

The staff is really friendly and inviting. The office is very clean and new looking. Dr. Ho is kind, energetic, and fun. Dr. Sanders was very straight forth, laying out exactly what needed to be done, and what to do in the future. Albert was friendly and very polite. He offered me some light paint killers during my deep cleaning and I could really feel a difference after all was said and done.

I was very worried initially because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and I had major anxiety surrounding dentists. I was really appreciative about how warm everyone was in the office. Everyone was super accommodating. But one thing that really stuck out about this office was how they try to educate you on what they are doing, how to prevent things, how you can fix current things. I’ve never had a dentist office that continuously tried to educated me throughout my exam. Cece was super knowledgeable and talked with me a lot about options that I had. Overall, I have no idea where these negative reviews came from because I would recommend anyone to this office.

Came into the office for a cleaning and some concerns. The ladies were all wonderful. They addressed all my concerns and then we discussed their concerns and their recommended treatments. Gave me my treatment plan and estimat and didn’t rush me for a decision. Let me sit in room and discuss it with my husband first. They were amazing with all the details and making sure I understood all that was going on. And even better, they were able to perform all the important things same day and told me I could set my appointment for the rest before I leave. I’m very pleased with this dental office and would recommend to anyone!

We first came to Mesa Modern when the kids were really young because we couldn’t find a dentist who would make my 7 year old feel safe. Dr Ho is fantastic with the kids!

The first appointment is supposed to be $39 for new patients to get X-rays and a cleaning. They did do my xrays, but then left me sitting in the back for 25 minutes before the hygienist
came in and said they ran out of time to do my cleaning and told me they'd do it during my next appointment.
The next appointment was a week later to get a tooth pulled. They happily took my money, made me wait 30 minutes after my appointment time, and then finally came in to tell me they were missing a piece of a machine and could not do the extraction.
Very much so a waste of time coming here.

I seldom write reviews but once again Dr Ho and her staff surpassed expectations. Two recent appointments with Dr Erwin were outstanding. He’s young and sharp at his work. Love this dentist office!

Dr Ho and her office are the model for all types of clinical visits. Her team uses empathy to assist in their approach to their patients health. I have never had such a patient centered experience as the one I have had with Dr. Ho and her team. She treats my entire family and I trust her office with my loved ones. Simply amazing.
