Tangerine Dental Group

I have been very happy with Tangerine Dental for the last five years. The front desk including Robert and Sandra is extremely friendly and professional both in person and when I need to call in. I was helped yesterday with my cleaning and checkup by Zana and Nellie. The waiting room and dental offices are always well kept. I also always appreciate knowing what any charges will be beyond what my insurance covers before we get started.

We have been very pleased with the care we’ve had at Tangerine Dental for years. More than once, staff (including their contracted oral surgeon and endodontist) has recommended less extensive treatment options, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons. A recent session with hygienist Isabella highlighted why I love this dental practice. She was thorough, patient, friendly, and honest in changing the expected billing code to match the work done. I have recommended Tangerine Dental to family and friends.

My wife and I have been going to Tangerine Dental for a few years now. Up until yesterday we have only needed the every 6 month exam/x-rays/cleaning. Yesterday was my first need for something more technical, a crown. Dr. Ashraf did the procedure. They offered me few options. I decided on the one day, in house fabricated ceramic crown. Great experience. Dr. Ashraf is definitely a people person and talked me through the entire process as we went along. There is some waiting while the ceramic crown in fabricated but there is a computer screen that had a movie playing adjacent to the patient chair. Overall, a great experience .....for a dentist visit! Highly recommend.

Terrible and inconsiderate customer service. My wife showed up on Friday, 11/04/2022 at 1:00 PM for an appointment for two of our kids to be seen at this clinic. This appointment was booked one month before and was confirmed 3 times last of which was Tue on Nov. 1, 2022. In spite of that, the guy at the front desk told her there is no appointment booked for my daughter on that day. When I called today 11/07 to complain to a manager, the customer service guy denied me access to him/her, and showed the same attitude of indifference and inconsideration.

I am so glad that I had a horrible experience at Studio Dental so that I could find my way to Tangerine Dental Group! Prior to being a patient at Studio Dental, I was with another dentist (who retired) that had warned me of some areas to watch where my gums needed attention. While I was a patient at Studio Dental, not once was I ever told there was a problem. When I went to Tangerine, I was shown pictures of the few areas (the same ones identified by first dentist) that would need to be cared for. I appreciate their attention to my dental needs and I also loved the way they did not try to sell me care that I did not need now, but could wait on. The cleaning I received was probably one of the best ones I have gotten in years and the staff there is wonderful. And they also room you with medical assistants prior to your appointment (taking your vitals) which is something no other dental office has ever done so they care about more than just your teeth! I was so very pleased with my visit and so happy to have found a great dental group!

Awesome experience!
I had a root canal and crown at the same day. The process was very organized, and in less than 4 hours, l had my root canal and crown done! It was an amazing experience. The staff and Dr Ashraf were very kind, professional and they listened to my concerns and accommodated everything in the best possible way. I am very satisfied and recommending this center to everyone. Thanks

I had an awesome experience with Gabby Padilla. She was gentle and very detailed oriented. I am always a bit nervous about the dentist, however she made my hygiene experience super easy and I will be back.

They said they would provide a "free" estimate to have a tooth pulled and implant put in. I had already had a dentist evaluate the tooth and take X-rays and I brought in copies of the X-rays. What I found out later was they billed my insurance $748.00 to evaluate and take additional X-rays. When they say free it doesn't really mean "free", they still bill your insurance company. Be very careful with these people!!

Tangerine dental provides a great service of cleaning teeth for our family. However, staff are always busy and not responsive to other inquiries which makes me very frustrated often. It seems they are less staffed than they need. They have too many customers than they can actually manage and afford...

Tangerine Dental tells you they can't work any further on your teeth without a $$ deep cleaning. I've heard of other dental places claiming the same thing, and I've talked to other dentists who don't belive in that practice. Why not sign a waiver in that case?
