Absolutely amazing experience! The whole staff was very friendly, made me feel right at home, and the dentist is a master at his craft. He was able to save a tooth that would have required a replacement or a root canal. Couldn't be happier with the experience! DNN

I had to cancel my children's appointments as they aren't feeling well and I'm not trying to expose the office. My daughter had a 3pm Monday appointment and I called in on Sunday around 3pm and left a voice mail stating I need to reschedule. The receptionist, Sarah, said that me leaving a voice-mail wasn't good enough as they aren't open Sunday and for my daughter to be seen I would have to pay the cancelation fee of 25 dollars to get on the schedule again. Doesn't seem very fair that if something comes up during the weekend and we need to reschedule that it's not possible to without a fee being charged. They need to change their policy for people with Monday appointments and give some grace to their clients.

One of my front teeth broke lengthwise and Mogollon Dentistry was able to schedule me in the very next day. The tooth required more than I had anticipated and I was very appreciative that the conversation about how to repair the tooth and my options was candid and sincere. Mogollon Family Dentistry staff are all friendly and helpful and were lucky to have them in this small community!

A tooth had fallen out of my mothers dentures and not only did the tooth get put back in but the dentist took the time to sit with her and make sure they fit properly. She says they fit better now than when they were new. Thank you Mongolian Family Dentistry for giving my mother her smile back.
