I personally won't be coming back. I'm a busy professional who doesn't have an hour to waste like I just did. I went in for a basic checkup and cleaning, and the hygienist wanted to up-sell me for a deep-cleaning but couldn't confirm if my insurance would pay for even part of it. If that's the case then I probably don't need it. Granted I may need a deep-cleaning, this just wasn't the best way to do it. I don't believe in billing my insurance or my pocketbook just because you can. I will be getting a second opinion.

Staff and Dr. Cooperman are outstanding. My 4 and 7 year olds were put at ease and loved playing Pac Man in the waiting room. At my appointment on another week, Dr. Cooperman kept a challenging time frame so I could pick up my kiddos from school. Thank you for stellar service and delivering on my timeline needs!!

One excuse after another. It’s not the patient’s problem if the front desk staff is new. If you sign a contract and are listed as a provider with a plan that shows the office is effective on date of service rendered than you accept it and make it good. Front desk receptionist argumentative re. The insurance plan when she tells me she has never heard of it.
