Brookstone Dental Care - Phoenix

I miss my old dentist, Brookstone Dental Care​. I called to get my records for my new dentist in FL and Janice, the office manager, remembered me!! You all are the best. Sarah made getting my teeth cleaned a wonderful experience. Shawn was always a blast to talk to while waiting on the doctor. And Dr. Goldring was exceptional and informative. All were so friendly and professional. You will be hard to replace!!!

Dr. Goldring is the man who runs the place, and he's fantastic. I had a great experience there getting my wisdom teeth removed. I've never had a surgery of any kind before this and even though this one is fairly minor I was still nervous. I do NOT like being stuck, stabbed, or otherwise cut at all.

I had no problems. Dr. Goldring is obviously very skilled and also loves what he does. He seemed to really care about putting me at ease and everything went smoothly. Before I knew it, I was out the door (minus 4 teeth).

The staff overall were very friendly, professional, and all clearly part of the same team, which was cool to see. The facility is clean and organized.

Brookstone is quite the drive for me from Chandler, but I think it's worth the extra drive to get there because I know I'll be taken care of.

I came across Brooktone Dental Care on a day I was having a mayor tooth ache. Dr. Goldring and his start were so helpful and nice. I was in and out. They were affordable and worked with me. They have early and late hours which was what I needed. I was treated like family. I was so impressed with the special Care they gave me.

I went for cleaning and that night when I flossed, a filling came off. I called the office very early the following morning. I did not leave a message but someone called me back. I appreciate the quick call back. I went to the office wishing I had not gone there for cleaning but Dr. Goldring graciously fixed my filling at no cost.

Great dentist, went to him after we moved to this side of town. All the reviews were right! Will be sending all my family here. Thanks for being a great, trustworthy dentist!

You are all special angels sent from the heavens above to take care of our medical needs. My family & I appreciate you all immensely. I have always feared the dentist and all I can say now, is that, because of Dr. Goldring and his staff, I will NEVER fear the dentist again. From the minute I walked in, to the time I left, and everything in between, I was made to feel so comfortable. I was greeted by a friendly office staff, appreciated the clean and comfortable waiting room and dental rooms, and was cared for by professionals who literally made my visit such a positive and PAIN FREE experience. I highly recommend Brookstone Dental if you're looking for honest and professional care!!!! Thank you Dr. Goldring and staff!

We had years of great service at Brookestone Dental and the service has gone completely downhill. Two years ago we had hundreds of dollars in surprise charges and horrible service with the person managing billing. He called me a liar and was lacked honesty. We left their office for two years and I ended up back there for a broken retainer and was told that person had left and things were now different. I spoke to the office about billing and what my insurance covers and was told they cover two cleanings a year. I came into the office for my cleaning and to give them a second change and the hygienist started prepping X-rays. I declined saying I did not want to pay for that service and she pushed back saying it is basic x-rays and my plan covers that. I told her three different times I did not want to pay for unnecessary x-rays and she assured me that it is covered. A couple weeks later I got another surprise bill. If you get a service here EXPECT to pay over what they quote. They are not willing to take any responsibility for what charges you end up getting. I did not appreciate being convinced into a service that did not end up being what they promised. We will not be returning to this dentist.

Dr Goldring has taken great care of my teeth for the past 7 years. Going to the dentist has never been a good experience....Matt has changed the way I look at dentist's... He takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions, no matter how many I ask...lol.... I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist/friend that cares about the people he treats....
