I just got my teeth cleaned at Singh by Alice and they look and feel amazing😀!! She has been cleaning my teeth for over 40 years now! I just met dr Osborne, who will be taking over for dr. Harvey ( I will miss you dr harvey ), and he was very professional and friendly. This is a great office! I highly recommend it.

Best dentist I've been to yet! Everyone was really nice and accomodating. They make you feel super welcome and comfortable, too. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

The administrative staff, dental assistants and dentists are first rate. Lots of care, consideration, and kindness exhibited by one and all. Our long-standing dentist of 26 years joined this office and I believe it was a good move.

Dr. Singh is really the very best dentist, l' ve ever seen. He is the real deal. l will totally recommend friends and family to him and his amazing staff.

I had 5 different procedures there and they were ok. Everything was paid on the same day, few times even before I receive the treatment. All my co paid was paid upfront - and they check with my insurance before any services were render, I spoke to my insurance to satisfied their questions. (This took over an hour)
In a month I personally paid well above $9,000 out pf pocket for services render (not counting my insurance)

On Dec 19th 2019 I prepaid $6,000 for a crown work that they were going to do 2 months later in the future (services not render yet)

(Now its 15,000 out of pocket)
On Jan I call them to let them know I was going to delay the procedure because i was counting on a a house that I had under contract to go through. But the seller could not qualified and the deal was over. Knowing that the housing market was going to take some time to sell I called them to let them know and ask for my money back.

They return my money partially until the insurance will paid them. I didn't mind at first they said they had submitted all to the insurance and that I will have the 1,500 they hold once the insurance paid them, they said is usually about 15 days.

Almost Two months later they had still not refund my money so I called them, on February 18th they said that the insurance had not paid them, I ask when they submitted the paperwork to the insurance and they said feb 14th (4 days before )
I told them that they said it was going to be 15th days according to what they said and they blame the insurance, my insurance send them a letter on dec 29th that they need it to submit all the paperwork (they did not submitted everything and they neglected the paperwork)
So I told them that holding my money hostage, for them not doing their work was not acceptable.
I told them that that money was paid for a different service that was never render, that was illegal to withhold it. Specially when 2 months went by and their office would not reply to a letter from the insurance and neglect the account.

I ask to speak to the owner about this and an implant, and he hide behind his employees.

I send him a letter saying that since they keep your credit card details (all the information on file which I had authorized them that they can use that on the future if the insurance had not paid them, I even offer to pre sign a document for them to run the card on the future if that was the case (which that would not happened since my insurance I had it over 5 years and their secretary and I spend almost two hours with the insurance on all the coverage.

A customer that paid them 9,000 of pocket on services rendered, always pre paid... and my insurance its a huge corporation, that has always paid any services I had

And they proceed into shady practices holding money for services not render because they can’t filled up paperwork and neglect accounts.

Dr. Singh is always fair and practical about what services you need. No one hard selling you on procedures you do not need. Staff is always friendly and professional. Janet the hygienist is awesome and always does a thorough job without making your mouth sore for the next two days!

Dr. Iniguez has been our family dentist for many years. Our daughter started seeing him at the age of 2. Dr. Iniguez always takes the time to explain procedures. He has great skill making any procedure I've had, this includes crowns and fillings, as painless as possible. The atmosphere of the office is very family oriented, helpful, and friendly. I recommend Dr. Iniguez to anyone needing a dentist. We feel lucky to have him as our family dentist. Singh Smile Care gets a 5 star rating from me!

I've got a lot of social anxiety, and when you couple that with the general fear of going to the doctor, it makes the prospect of visiting the dentist a daunting one. Everyone at Singh Smile Care is so warm and friendly, and they do everything to help take the worry away from dental visits.

I don't spend a lot of time writing reviews but every now and then I have an experience so good (or bad) that I make time to share the experience.

Fortunately, this review falls into the "good" category. Dr. Singh is as good as they come. My last experience involved getting two fillings and a crown replaced. He and his technician (Jessica) worked like a NASCAR pit crew (but more gently :) and got me taken care of very quickly. Seriously, you could tell they knew their jobs inside out by the way they were working.

The best part of the whole thing: NO PAIN! When the novacane wore off there was a little bit of soreness from the needle but that went away in a couple hours. How many of you have seen your dentist and have been miserable for days afterwards? If you want to avoid those experiences see Dr. Singh. You will not be disappointed with this guy!!
