Their office staff are friendly,punctual and informative.

I went their this Tuesday for a routine set of x-rays and Dr. Ellie was very thorough and a sweetheart as well.
All the techs that assisted me were respectful,helpful and generally awesome.

Needless to say I would give this place 10000 stars if I could.

I'm a relatively new patient at Solterra (well, I was -- I won't be going back), and have only gone to their office three times. My first appointment was a regular cleaning, which took over two hours. I thought that was ridiculous, but I liked my hygienist and the dentist, so I figured maybe it was because I was a new patient and had to do the paperwork, get X-rays, etc. and that I would give them another try. The second time I went in, I did have a wait, but it wasn't nearly as bad, and I still liked my hygienist a lot so it wasn't an issue.

Today, I went in for the third time because of some issues I was having with one tooth. My appointment was for 1:30pm, so I got there close to 1:20. When I got in they had me fill out paperwork "in case I had updates", which I thought was a little odd since I'd just started going there a year ago. But I spent 10 minutes filling it out anyway. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist for an estimate on the wait since I have had really long waits with them before. She promised me it would only be another 15 minutes. Unsurprisingly, she calls me up 15 minutes later to say they're still not done, so she can schedule me for another appointment. I just left and told her I wouldn't be returning. Overall, I will say the receptionist was kind about it and I hadn't had a bad experience with the dentist or hygienists before, but I cannot believe that I'd had 45-minute+ waits two out of three times I went in. I've never had to wait that long for any other dentist. I think that's unreasonable -- especially considering in the paperwork agreement (which as I mentioned I got to read through again today), they say that if you, the patient, are more than 15 minutes late you forfeit the appointment and pay a late fee. Funny that applies to the patients and not them.

I went today as a new patient. This was the most extensive and thorough appointment I have ever had! Every one of the staff was so pleasant. The atmosphere in this office is so calming. When I left after my cleaning I swear my teeth and gums have never felt so squeaky clean 😁

Dr. Ellie is so wonderful! She's communicative about everything that is happening with your dental work so you always understand what she is working on and what her plan is. I have been going for cleanings as well as Invisalign and I am grateful I found her!

I used to hate going to the dentist. Ever since I started coming to this dentist, I love coming to get my check ups. Solterra dentistry has helped me get on track with having a healthy mouth. I have needed a couple intensive procedures done to my teeth and the staff at Solterra dentistry has always treated me with respect and dignity. Shout out to the staff here! They do an amazing job!

Dr. Ellie is an artist with teeth. She always strives for perfection and achieves it! She is very caring and explains everything thoroughly before she does anything. The staff is also very kind. You're treated like family here.

I had to cancel an appt early one Monday morning due to a bad night, so instead of just not showing up, which is rude, I called instead. I was rewarded with a reminder of the $45 cancellation fee. Not the best time to drop that piece of info. A fee should only be incurred on no-shows IMO, especially not on a Monday when I can't call on Sunday. Dr Manov, Dr Gubernick, and Laura I will miss greatly, however.

Was very disappointed with teeth cleaning procedure provided by Header – the dental hygienist.
The whole procedure, without exam and x-rays, took 25 minutes.
She was in a hurry like she was missing her plane.
I felt that she wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. It was unpleasant.
My teeth don't feel clean after all, because the process was rushed.

Great experience with everyone. Today I went in as a new patient and was very impressed. I would highly recommend this office!
