I would like to thank Paula, Ruthie, and Luzy for their phenomenal customer service as well as going above and beyond to ensure I was scheduled in a timely fashion. These ladies stopped at nothing! They created a very welcoming environment from start to finish. The clinical staff was amazing! They expressed great concern towards the issue I had been having for quite sometime. I appreciate each and every person that played a huge role in my patient care at today’s visit. I highly recommend this practice to anyone! Thank you again ladies! I hope you all get the raise you deserve on your annual reviews!

This was my first visit as a new patient. Many thanks to Paula who was able to get my appointment moved up by 2 months. My hygienist Dinh, Dr. Amanda, and Asst. Betsy were awesome and thorough. Pain free filling replacement and deep cleaning. They were so calm, comforting, and confident. I highly recommend. I will be sending my mom who is terrified of the dentist.

I had a wonderful first experience at Union Hills Family Dental, from the first interaction of making my appointment until checkout. Staff was wonderful. I was seen quickly and I was educated by the dental assistant and denist and they resolved my issue that day! I am making this my regular dentist!

I loved everything about my visit at this dentist office!! I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time so I was a bit nervous coming in but everyone was incredibly kind and inviting. Marilyn, the dentist assistant who assisted me through my whole appointment was the best part out of the whole experience as I loved our conversations. She was really sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She was also informative which I liked because this was first appointment in 5 years. She made sure I was informed and didn’t miss out on any information. It helped ease any anxiety I had prior to coming in. The dental hygienist and the Dr who spoke to me briefly were was also amazing. They’re all great people and they truly care about each patient.

I absolutely adore this dental office~! I had an emergency crown I needed and they were able to get me in right away. They were professional, took their time, and the prices are great. It's so hard to find a great dentist these days and Dr. Rael was exceptional. I absolutely adored her dental assistant, Marilyn! Top notch staff there!
