Seth Larson is the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever had. The fist visit consisted of a thorough explain as to why I needed the treatment I needed. He even had an iPad with pictures and videos to help explain. He is very patient and kind along with all the staff. I had some difficulties as far as insurance being switched mid year and each of the gals in front were comforting and understanding and I did not feel judged. I would absolutely recommend Seth and all the staff to be your primary dental office. Very grateful.

I called the front desk and talked to Becky and she was so friendly and genuinely as concerned as I was about my tooth pain. She fit me in the schedule for the next very next week! Arriving at the office was very welcoming! I was taken back in a timely manner and had a very detailed exam with very clear communication from Dr. Larson. He included me in a plan and gave me different options for treatment. After leaving I was scheduled for the very next week!

Let's start with the staff. A good doctor provides a good staff and an adequate number of them. That's a corner many doctors cut to save money. Not Larson's! They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff in adequate numbers. No one I dealt with seemed to feel rushed or overworked. That feeling is not one I've experienced in any sort of doctor's office for many years. Because my husband and I had back to back appointments, I sat in the waiting room and listened to the clerical staff interact with other patients both in person and on the phone. The two I heard, were friendly and more informative than I expected. They are obviously well-trained. The dental assistant who saw me was Monica. She was excellent - friendly. thorough, and was able to distill my lengthy dental history so by the time I saw Dr. Larson, I didn't have to repeat it all again. We both saw Dr. Zack. He was also warm, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. We both found him very easy to communicate with and approachable. We both need a number of things done after no dental care for about 5 years (covid and changing states). The doctor took the time to show me the pictures his tech had taken and discuss them with me. I'm sure he did the same with my husband. Then we received written treatment plans complete with cost estimates. I've had a variety of dental care through the years running the spectrum from adequate to great, but this was truly the very best dental experience of my life.

Love these 2 dentists, especially since they are my sons! But that aside, they really are gentle & knowlegable. The whole staff is also a joy to work with. Even your little ones will enjoy their visit & not be afraid.
