One word, WOOOW! Ok look I have had the worst fear of dentists since I was a child, and last year my fears were intensified after being left blue and purple for just a cleaning and filling at Horizon dental in PV that took 6.5 hours. Not to bad mouth their practice but seriously it was the worst experience ever, which in a sense is the reason I came to Bradshaw. I was supposed to have a number of things done at Horizon but after being left sore and traumatized, I just opted not to return, well a year later one of the molars I would have had extracted βover thereβ broke and I was forced to seek a new practice. I am glad I went with my gut and chose Bradshaw. From the moment I arrived I just felt at ease and everyone was so nice and professional. Everyone there is amazing and caring, the doctor did two extractions (the broken molar and a wisdom tooth behind it) and I was done. 5 hours later I have some discomfort but Iβm no where near the pain I went through after what was a cleaning and filling at β the other place β. I highly recommend them, they were not judgy, they didnβt try to redo my entire mouth in one visit, and they didnβt leave me looking like a cage fighter. Lol, I will definitely be returning for all my other dental needs. ( I never thought Iβd say this, being someone who did everything to avoid dental visits prior)

I normally don't write these things but I thought I really needed to. Let me tell you about my terrible experience at this dentist.
Needed my 4 wisdom teeth removed, not impacted, so it was an easy removal. First, they canceled my first appointment on me due to construction being done on the office. You'd think they would've known ahead of time that construction was being done and planned accordingly, but apparently not. Second, had my first appointment and the dentist would only remove half of them due to my blood pressure being high. They checked my BP on an automatic cuff, if you are a nurse like me or work in healthcare, you know that automatic cuffs aren't always very accurate. I needed a manual BP, but they didn't do one and offered no solution to even decrease my BP. Am I the only one that deals with blood pressure and anxiety problems at the dentist? uh, NO, so why offer no solution at all? He decided to only take out half of my wisdom teeth and asked me to come back for the rest. He mentioned Valium for the next visit and didn't even bother to write a script. I have an as needed, low dose BP medication that I could take but it was at home. All that I received was local anesthesia, numbed gums and I was very much aware of him pulling and yanking on my teeth. Wasn't painful but I could LITERALLY feel my teeth come out. So, I got half of them removed.
Third, they canceled my next appointment due to my dentist being sick. While I can sympathize with that, I still had to reschedule AGAIN. Fourth, go in to get the rest of my wisdom teeth removed and my BP is high again. And again, they took my BP with an unreliable automatic BP cuff, I asked them to please take it manually and they didn't. I told the dentist that I took my low dose Propranolol about 10-15 minutes prior, so it hadn't kicked in yet. A by mouth medication can take 30-40 minutes to take effect. He took my BP again and it still was a little high, 148/97. My blood pressure is typically never that high and automatic cuffs often don't work right on me, so I highly doubted my BP was that number. The dentist did not wait for my BP med to kick or take my BP manually...he refused to pull the rest of my teeth until I get a doctors note and address my blood pressure. He was refusing after MULTIPLE cancelations and I took a lot of time off work. I'm a nurse and he's aware of this. So with a BP of 148/97, what was the big worry? Stroke? Granted, that's a higher BP but not insanely high and you're not going to stroke out to a BP like that, especially since I doubted that was even my blood pressure to begin with. and I'm a young woman. Heart attack? Again, not going to happen with a BP like that, that's only if the BP stays high over time. Increased bleeding? I'm 32 years old, I'm not going to need blood transfusion with a BP like that, ridiculous. I think this was a liability thing, he was worried for one reason or another.
So, I told them I'm not going to reschedule and walked out. This was the WORST experience I've ever had with any provider, ever. Took SO MUCH time off of work, just for them to jerk me around. Do not go see Dr. Rodda.

The office is really high tech for the area. The hygienist was very gentle and listened to my needs and concerns. The Doctor was very patient with me and took the time to explain what his procedures were. I am really impressed with this dental office. For someone who has extreme dental anxiety, I was really happy with my cleaning experience.

I can truthfully say I've never loved my dentist before, nor have I had utmost confidence in their skill set. Dr. Aaron Haag is top notch. He can do ANYTHING, and trust me, I've had every dental procedure possible. What impresses me most is his technology. No more waiting weeks for a crown to be built by a lab, only to have it not fit right. He has a camera that renders the model, he tweaks it when needed and the mill creates the crown in house in about 30 minutes! It's amazing, and it fits beautifully. He has also replaced 2 that broke within a year through no fault of his own. Furthermore, his surgical assistant is SO educated and she brings her A game. I don't get the feeling any of them recently graduated; they know their stuff. Their hygienist is quick and thorough, and very good with (and tolerant!) of my young child. If you're scared of the dentist, don't be, they gave my older daughter nitrous oxide because she freaks out. If you need complicated work done, Dr. Aaron is your guy. On top of it all, he's got mad skills, is genuine, and nice. Love them!

This is the best dental office I have been to. The dental hygienist Kathryn is very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. Dr. Haag did a fantastic job on a filling he did for me. He takes pride in what he does and treats it as if he is creating a work of art. Not to mention during my filling there was absolutely ZERO pain or discomfort from start to finish. I was impressed to say the least. I will continue to go to them for all my dental needs and highly recommend!

My husband and I moved here 4 years ago, and have been very happy with Grand Canyon Dental. When you walk in the front door, you are greeted happily. We never wait to be seen. They are always prompt with service. Office staff, dental assistants, dental hygienist and Dr. Serr are very professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Serr explains each step he takes. The doctor does fine work in all areas. He does the best job on crowns. He's an expert! Thank you, Vicki

When they first took over Grand Canyon Dental, I was a bit apprehensive but after my first visit, I knew I was in good hands. I felt extremely comfortable and they take my insurance. I highly recommend them.

Dr Serr not only fixed a few missing fillings, but also corrected an other dentist 's mistakes. He took his time and asked me over and over if I'm comfortable. He is the most caring and gentle dentist I have ever met.

I was referrred to Dr. Serr through the Veterans Administration. My first visit we started treatment for my teeth. Mind you, I had multiple issues with them. Dr. Serr is an awesome dentist who thinks his way through from the first visit to the last. Today I walked out of his office with my mouth completely restored. The staff is wonderful and kind. I really enjoyed the way Dr. Serr was on point with what he had in store for my next visit. I would recommend Dr. Serr to anybody that is having problems with their teeth. The whole office runs like a well oiled machine at getting the work accomplished.
Sincerely, James Drouillard
