Horizon Dental Group Prescott

Oh my God! This place is amazing and super respectful. I recommend this to anyone. The staff is bar-none the best I've had to deal with. Dusty, in the front is awesome, got me in with no problem. The dentist and his tech were super professional and caring. They will show you what I got and I'm the future.

I enjoyed my first visit at Horizon Dental. Everyone was friendly and put me at ease. The Doctor was great! Jimmy did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! Never had them so clean. I'll be back.

Had to go in for an extraction, they were amazing! I was in and out pretty quick, on my way home within an hour of them opening and I was a walk in! They did a great job making sure I was completely comfortable as well!

Dentists are kind and personable. Front desk staff are helpful, whether in person or over the phone. Dental Hygienists do a great job of cleaning and listening to the patient's concerns.

Horizon dental in Prescott is the most amazing place I have ever gone to for dental work. Dr. Woelhaff does everything exactly as I need him to down to counting for me when I get shots. He has more compassion than anyone I've ever met. The front desk girls and assistants helped me when I needed it and we're just as excited about my dental work as I was. And they were really cool with my kiddo! Lol. You are all amazing people and I will always remember what you've done for me. You gave me confidence. You gave me a beautiful smile. You gave me my self esteem. Thank you all so much. All my referrals will be to you!!!!!

Dissapointed.
No one told me to come 15 min early! I received texts and phone calls about the appointment BUT I was NOT told about being there 15 min earlier. So, when i arrived I was told my appointment was cancelled because as new patient I was late. I was also further aggravated when I was told you have no appts. available for 2 months!
I did present my ID and was able to pick up the paperwork so I can be prepared in 2 months....she did offer to put me on cancelation list, which I accepted.
Very frustrating experience! and embarrassing to be told that info in a crowded lobby area.
I may have to search elsewhere for another dental group within my supplemental insurance company program.

I hope this info assists others or alerts this company to explain the procedures for new patients. It is not an unreasonable request -- but I feel not being informed of this in advance was very bad tactics of the management.

The staff is amazing, well greeted, concern for your care, cleanliness is top notch which is why I drive from Prescott Valley 2 1/2 hours for quality care and service!

Prescott location - no chairs in the lobby with arms, my dad struggled to get up. Not one person to include the dentist introduced themselves. They NEVER read the form why we were there to have a general dentist. I sat in the lobby two hours waiting for two patients to finish their appointments; listening to the lack of professionals behind the counter gab on and on about monster drinks, off caffeine, and so much more. Terrible experience.

Very good experience the doctor there, Wayne helped figure out all the issues I have with my teeth and explained how to treat each thing very well and how long it would take to get my teeth back to healthy. Super good dentist!

1st, the positive, Hygienist Jimmy is wonderful.
Dealing with the office staff has been a nightmare!!! I paid in full before insurance was billed & was told they'd promptly refund any overpayment. It's been about a year, still sitting on $600 of mine. I've followed up repeatedly ( every month or so). Lots of excuses. NO action.
At one point they actually billed the wrong insurance company.
In my opinion, they have no business sense & no concern for their patients.
