I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rick. I am an anxious dental patient and had some prior work done incorrectly by another dentist. Because of my dental fears, it took me a long time to get a second opinion on my teeth. My mom referred me to Dr. Rick. My first appointment in August was a consultation and Dr. Rick took a lot of time to sit with me and review my x-rays, answer my questions, and put me at ease about the procedures I needed. His staff was very supportive and kind, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable.
I was about to leave on vacation and Dr. Rick wanted to make sure he had all my teeth corrected before I left. They scheduled me in right away and got everything completed in two appointments. Dr. Rick even gave me his cell phone number to call him if I had any problems or needed a bite adjustment over the weekend before we left for vacation.
Now that I have everything corrected with my teeth I feel like a new person. No more pain, less anxiety, and I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning at Dr. Rick's office. His office is beautiful, and you feel like you are in a spa, not a dental office. Thank you for ending my dental pain.

The entire staff is extremely nice, knowledgeable, professional, and skilled in their trade. I had an emergency crown put in, and had a cleaning. The experience was painless, informative, and VERY reasonably priced.
They use state of the art technology for the crown process. The crown is fabricated on site in minutes with extreme accuracy. It was an in and out experience with no compromise of quality whatsoever. The doctor and his aid have a great amount of experience in their work.
The dental hygienist I worked with was great. No pain at all. Great advice a thorough cleaning job. She was also very friendly!
If I wasn't only visiting Phoenix for a week, I would make Dr. Rick's Dentistry my permanent office.

Our whole family loves Dr. Rick and his staff. They are caring, respectful and fun people. I cannot say enough positive things about their modern office, high tech equipment and the speed at which they have you in and out. They make going to the dentist easy and worry free. Dr. Rick and his staff are amazing!! The office is clean and beautiful and everyone is super nice. We don’t even live in Scottsdale anymore but when we make our trips back we make our appointments. A great dentist is hard to find so why bother looking for a new one? Thank you Dr. Rick and team!!

Very beautiful office and the staff is super friendly. They make you comfortable. But, unfortunately, the dentist and his assistant are very rough. I hate to say anything because they were so nice but I must be honest. My nerves are still tender in the area they worked on. Hopefully, they will read this and become more gentle.
